Vacation rentals with lake access in Tahoe Vista

Paul and Naomi were very responsive in the text exchanges prior and during the trip. Their home was very clean and had ALL the amenities you need. The home was very clean. The pantry was well stocked with spices and essential cooking items. The kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite were the beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, etc.) that were available in the garage, this was very helpful as King's beach is walking distance. There is also a brewery right around the corner. The location of the home could not have been any better.

This place was amazing! so cozy and in a very private, quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed walking our dogs around. this house does, indeed have a fully fenced backyard which is the main reason we picked it because we love bringing our 2 boxers with us whenever we can. Vasily made the check-in very easy and also allowed us to check in a couple hours early. the house has a very cozy kick-back room with an awesome wood-burning fireplace which we enjoyed each night while watching movies and playing cards. Vasily has a HUGE pile of wonderful firewood in the backyard for the fireplace. the house had plenty of linens-towels and extra blankets, the sheets smelled and felt crisp and clean. the wifi works great, and there are portable space heaters available throughout the house if needed. the grill is a nice gas Weber genesis that works very well and was amazingly clean. there are a couple different coffee makers to choose from, very convenient.. would definitely stay again!! thx Vasily!

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Our party of 8 ( 6 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 pets stayed for 2 nights and this beautiful cabin accommodated all of us very comfortably! We stayed in the entire time and there was plenty of entertainment for us and the kids. The views were absolutely breathtaking! The host was VERY responsive. We ran into some inconveniences upon arrival but thanks to the host’s quick responses, the issue was solved immediately! I would highly recommend this cabin, we would definitely be coming back!

Gary’s home was wonderful, from the start, check-in was easy and cleaning was visibly held to a high standard. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything mentioned worked as intended. The location and neighborhood are great and would stay again without a doubt!

Very cozy place to stay. Fireplace is a plus on the cold weather. The hotel is peaceful and the pier is a great place to see the sunset. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. The room is super clean, linens are good quality and it has a full kitchen. Mark left everything explained before the check in. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Lize's place was great - conveniently located a short drive from the Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows ski area, her cozy cabin provided a great 'home base' for the last leg of our western spring skiing adventure. We had two delicious dinners in Tahoe City - one at the Bridgewater Tavern (fun Mexican,) and the other at Jake's by the Lake where we met some friendly locals at their 'all night Thursday happy hour,' and had a great view of the lake. Finally, with just a 50-minute drive to the Reno airport, the first leg of my trip back to Maine was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

Brandon's place was right off the main road, so great for walks with a view of the lake. Stairs to get, very roomy inside, very. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had booked longer so we could enjoy the location more.

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

Lovely cottage in Kings Beach! Close to everything and an easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the host recommendation for a tiny walk-up Mexican taco place. Extremely good! I left my heart in Kings Beach!

Loved our stay there! Not very many places allowed us to have all of our pups with us so we're very grateful that they were welcoming and accommodating. Their home was very clean and also included beds for the pups. Loved that there was a spacious yard for our pups to roam around in for potty breaks. Tom was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. Would definitely love to come back one day for another pup trip

Great place to stay with young kids. Easy walk to the gondola in ski gear during naps and short walk to the beach with a playground. Ideally located. Comfortable beds and clean all around. Great layout for the 4 of us. Would stay here again!

My recent stay at this AirBnB in North Lake Tahoe exceeded all expectations. The listing photos didn't do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Though the space might appear small at first glance, it's thoughtfully designed to include everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The host was incredibly receptive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had lots of fun in this cozy space. The location is unbeatable - just a 3-4 minute walk from excellent restaurants and ski rental shops, which made our daily activities incredibly convenient. Would love to visit again! This place provided the perfect base for our Lake Tahoe adventure.

This place was much bigger than we needed but it allowed pets and that was our main criteria so we could have a long weekend as a family. That said, the place was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and no surprises. Everything was clean but more importantly, everything was comfortable....the upstairs bed had me asleep in minutes. With so many places to sleep, we talked about inviting extended family back some time to skiing at Palisades and staying here... it would be PERFECT! Neighbors are also so very friendly and awesome. Caterina was checking in to make sure we were okay and very responsive to me. Money well spent for a much needed get away to the mountains!

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I cannot speak volumes enough of how wonderful it is. Amazing hosts. Beautiful home. Easy drive to all ski resorts (winter) hiking trails and beautiful Tahoe beaches and scenery yet hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

Great location in Kings Beach! Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the beach but also an easy drive. A short drive to Northstar. Everything worked and looked as described. Nice place and neighborhood.

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.
