Great place for events and family gatherings. The place is impeccably clean. We had to move the dates last minute due to an emergency and the Host was very understanding and allowed us. Worth every peso!

Thank you so much! There were just some of us who got afraid of the many dogs that were sleeping around the house at night but it's alright. Maybe have the dogs sleep inside the house. OVERALL, GOOD PLACE FOR PARTY OR REST at an affordable rates! More valuable when for those travellers waiting for flights as it is 7mins away from the departure area of NAIA.

If you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this resort is the perfect escape. The views are absolutely stunning— the air is fresh, the ambiance is serene, and it’s the kind of place where you can finally breathe and slow down. A must-visit for nature lovers and anyone needing a true break from the city noise. Also, kuyas were really accommodating and literally one call away when we needed help or something to buy despite having to climb up and down 148 steps just to get to the main villa. Great job!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. had the best bnb experience of all time. this is one great find. host is super kind. house keeper is very accommodating. everything was just perfect. plus our room was upgraded. will definitely book the apple room next time!!!! can't wait to be back.

It's a secured, peaceful, & family-friendly neighbourhood. The subdivision is a good place for a stroll and there are parks and playgrounds not just for kids but for adults too. As a nature lover, I love the tree crowns view from our room. The room is very wide too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was even a time when they look after the kids so we can eat. I love the rice! I was hoping to have some Korean food, as mentioned in one of the reviews, but we're served typical lutong-bahay - decent meal naman and filling. Uncle offered to serve Korean food when we go back. I suggest that there be a ready fan/cooler for guests in the common areas like the kitchen and the living room. Will consider this place again for next bookings.

Surrounded by rich greenery; the sound of chirping birds all day by the wonderful garden, the singing of crickets & grasshoppers, and gushing waters (koi pond/fountain) that completes the wonderful ambiance of nature. Mr. Kwon's family welcome us with warm-heartedness. I didn't expect that there would be a complimentary meal during breakfast. The room is spotless. A common toilet and bath is next to the room. Towels and bath amenities were provided. Drinking water is available. Thank you! Kwon Family for your generosity, kindheartedness, and cordial hospitality. God Bless & More Power!
