Ron's place is very accessible to Mitsukoshi Mall and Uptown Parade. It is clean and has everything we needed for our quick stay. The unit has 2 air conditioning units, perfect for the Philippine weather. Hosts are quick to reply to inquiries. Check in is also hassle-free, thanks to the assistance of Eloisa. This is my favorite AirBnB place that I've ever stayed. I lived in Metro Manila years ago before moving to the U.S., and I always choose to stay in BGC when I visit. The condo has excellent amenities in a secure building. Everything stated in the description is accurate. I just want to add that you get a stunning view of Taguig and access to so MANY restaurants and groceries. But the best is the building staff and Abyzz who are very friendly and considerate. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable and taken cared of. I will 100% stay again--hopefully at the same unit. Salamat, Abyzz.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place is clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing. It had everything we needed. The location is also perfect—close to the mall with a lovely view from the balcony. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Place is very clean, spacious and Feels like home. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Ang sarap sa mata tignan ng view. Very accessible sa mall which is sa baba lang if ever na gusto nyo maghang out or kumaen sa mall. Ang dameng pwedeng gawin at puntahan. I had the chance to walk/jog around Mckinley which is refreshing. We will definitely go back here if ever given a chance. Ms Irene is very responsive sa mga inquiries and very smooth naman ang checkin and stay namen. Thank you again Ms. Irene ☺️

The host was extra accommodating and considerate as when the internet was down due to the technical issues with the provider in the area, she's kind enough to offer an internet package to help me through the down time as I have heaps of conference calls all the time.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and malls just across the street, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and with free parking included, it’s really great value for the price.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts Gabby, Mike & Stephen were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Just a small note — there was occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet areas, but this wasn’t the host’s fault. It seems to be coming from the building itself, as the same smell is noticeable even near the entrance outside. It comes and goes, and didn’t affect the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommend staying here — thank you again for the great hospitality!

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Manila. Excellent location, in a super safe building with 24 hour reception. Very close to cafes, shops, and restaurants. It's a very nice space, well equipped and decorated. The host was always very responsive and also provided recommendations.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

This is such a cute little apartment in BGC. It was really convenient to get everywhere - only a 10 minute walk to High St or Uptown. The interior design is really fun while still being super comfortable. The check-in process was also super smooth. I could not fault the communication at all.

Nice place. Very clean and spacious. Love the sunset view in the balcony. Nice pool. My niece loved it and doesn’t want to go home. The air conditioning is perfect and the tv is big. Complete kitchen and toilet amenities. Will definitely go back. Nice host and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. ❤️❤️❤️
