Patricia was an incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful host. She provided us with plenty of travel tips and guidebooks, which made our stay even better. The location of the apartment was excellent, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and the Old Town within walking distance. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying here!

What a great apartment in Bilbao! My family of 4 stayed in Nora's place for a week - having the 2.5 bathrooms and a washing machine was very handy. Amaia helped us get in to the apartment and was very helpful! Pro Tip: take the Begona elevator to/from the Casco Viejo metro station and save yourself many many stairs! BM grocery store, several bars, a bakery (try the Bollo de Mantequilla!), and a coffee shop are all a short 5 minute walk from the apartment and on top of the hill. Plaza Nueva and Miguel Unamuno Plaza are a short walk (or elevator ride) and have plenty of great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again!

We felt right at home. We were 2 couples and a 3-year-old boy. The location is unbeatable, the apartment has all the amenities you may need for the day and the area is amazing. A luxury to have been able to spend a few days here. We'll do it again for sure!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very spacious with excellent facilities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved the area: the beach in Hendaye is brilliant (enormous!) and being able to flit from France to Spain via the half-hourly shuttle ferry was a real treat. Lots to do, very relaxing and the area around the flat has eveything you need. Merci Thierry et Pascale!

Great place for a stay with family or friends. 3 beautiful rooms for two people each, 2 bathrooms with toilet, a large kitchen. This accommodation allows you to reach La Concha beach in 3 minutes on foot, shops are nearby. We traveled all over the city without ever taking the car. Perfect!

The place was great as described in the listing. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Maite has been excellent - very good communication from the start, quickly resolved any doubt or inconvenience. Very attentive and flexible with both the entrance and the exit, which is very appreciated. 100% recommended.

VERY good location, we could hardly do better! Ski rental on the ground floor, the same to fetch chocolate in the morning: an elevator shot and it's settled Crossing 👌🏻apartment with views of the mountains and on the other side views of the slopes and the pioupiou club! Very comfortable, we didn't walk on it with 6. Everything was there and Fleur, co-host, was very available and adorable! The linen loan service (sheets and towels) was vital for us with the overflowing car and everything was of quality. To optimize, maybe a bigger towel for a man, but for a weekend that's enough. I would have paid for a cleaning option if it was offered because I spent 2 hours doing everything well and that's the time of the return trip 😅 Thanks again, we're really thinking about coming back!

The apartments are large and are very well located, we have been super comfortable and Guillermo and Fernando have helped us at all times being super attentive. We would love to come back.

We had a really nice family holiday at Annie's place. The house and town are perfect for hiking in the area and short day trips to e.g. San Sebastian and to the sea. We've enjoyed it a lot.

The experience was a delight. The house is very cozy and in a very quiet area of the village. Haizea took very good care of us. She gave us recommendations on things to do in the area, restaurants, cuisine, etc. Very attentive and pleasant. The area is wonderful. When it suits us, we'll be back, no doubt

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children (ages 11-15). The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and relaxed. It is also very well equipped, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need and more! A very cozy dining room and a barbecue (outdoor) that we used several times. Everything was clean and carefully prepared, which made our stay easy and very pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the holidays! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

Couldn't ask for more for an apartment for the price it was. Clean, spacious and the owner was always pending in case you had any questions. Recommended.

We had a great time at Aurélie and Nicolas's! The accommodation is well equipped and is perfect for a family of four: living-dining room with a large sofa and a convivial table, a well-equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher and a washing machine), two bedrooms (a double bed in one with a baby bed, and the other with a double bed and a single bed) with large closets, bathroom with bath, terrace with table for eating but also garden furniture, and a great jacuzzi. The house is quiet and it's a real treat to admire the view and the surroundings. The property has parking. The serenity of the countryside while having everything nearby (Espelette less than 5 minutes away with all the local shops, open even on Sundays, restaurants; and in Souraïde itself, there is a convenience store open every day). Really central location to do everything we had planned in the area. We recommend it without hesitation!
