Monthly Rentals in Tacoma

Wow! I was amazed how how clean the place was. I am a personality A type of person and I must say, the place met my expectations. The unit is like a little studio, so please bring your essentials (towels toiletries, etc.). Also, there are other people that live in the house. 99.99% of them are very nice. The unit is clean, easy access to food, highways, safe area, quick response from Sherief and Sara and both are very helpful. Due to the hospitality, I decided to rent my next Airbnb from Sherief😊.

Justin was an incredible hots. He was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I feel that Justin went out of his way to be supportive during my stay and way very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice 1 bedroom whether it’s for a weekend or several weeks. It was nice to have all the kitchen basics provided so I could easily cook. Host provides clear and easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and is responsive. There was one issue with accessing the unit but the host worked hard to make it right.

We loved the location and could easily ride our bikes on quiet streets and bike lanes. The basement apartment is roomy, quiet, nicely decorated and very clean. We hope to be able to stay here in the future!
