Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

This unique stay features a single open space where natural light shines down through skylights in the peak and into the lofted bedroom. If the skies do get cloudy all day, you'll still have everything you need with a full kitchen and living room space, bath, TV, and Wifi.
