We had a great stay in this beautiful, modern cottage. It is very quiet and offers plenty of space and coziness. Everything looks like the photos. Especially great were the sauna, the natural swimming pond and the hot tub. The cottage had everything you need for your stay - firewood, towels, toilet paper and dishes were sufficiently available. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. For children there is a very nicely equipped playroom. Michal gave us a friendly welcome and said goodbye and explained everything about the house to us. This house is perfect for a trip as a large family or group, as it offers enough space for time together, but also sufficient privacy. As a hiking trip, we can especially recommend the rock labyrinth.

It was perfect all around!! The place is beautiful, modern and for families with children is really thought of everything. We didn't need half of our luggage because there were also things like bottle warmers, bibs, potties, etc. Tissues in every room - especially great for infants. Jana even prepared a homemade strudel for us. A play paradise for children and a super relaxed time for parents. The garden is great and for colder days, wood is also provided for the fireplace. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a really great stay! 🫶

The stay was really very pleasant and we were extremely satisfied. I don't have anything to complain about. The accommodation provided everything we needed, the garden was superbly equipped from the grill to the ping pong table, and the location is ideal, as it is right at the entrance to the Bohemian Paradise (the castle is Valdštejn Castle), but it is equally close to the city for example to buy.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the house. Everything was perfect. A very large and beautiful house with an interesting interior. There were all the amenities: grill, fire pit, terrace and large balcony. The owner even arranged jacuzzi for us which was very pleasant. We will definitely come back here in the summer when we can swim in the pool.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

The three houses are fantastically beautifully located. There are great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is a one of the part of the house from the photo. The host lives there. The accommodation was beautiful, peaceful, and full of smart features. A quiet and pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing and restful weekend. The host was kind and came to welcome us, everything went absolutely smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Located in a private place with green surroundings and good access to hiking routes and the city. The amenities were complete and all necessities were provided. Recommend👍🏻

We came to Jawa Czy Zen over New Year’s break with our dog; our friends unfortunately cancelled last minute which meant we had the place all to ourselves for maximum privacy. We got what we were looking for: restful sleep and naps, outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, time to unwind, cooking simple meals. We were lucky that we had 4 sunny days there so we sat outside in the terrace with our hot drinks. Highlights are: the handmade soaps from local maker and linen spray, plus their large window, terrace and fireplace. It stormed one night and the entire village lost power for 1 hour, Patrycja sent husband over with candles and a headlamp for us. The fireplace and candles made our experience during the blackout cosy and warm. Since our dog is terrified of fireworks, the location was perfect! We could see fireworks from the mountain towns and they were far enough that our dog felt ok to do her toilet walks. We really recommend Patrycja’s place.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! We had a truly amazing time. The Airbnb was spotless, well equipped and we found everything we needed. Milan and L. were super helpful and communicative while also respecting our privacy. We had a wonderful breakfast out on the small terrace and thanks to the rual location we never heard any car or other noise, except nature itself. The village itself is quite small but within a 5-10min drive to the neighbouring town, we found all that we needed (Supermarkets, Restaurants, etc.). All in all a really nice and cozy place to stay! :) ♡

Katerina’s home was a lovely spot for our family get-together — peaceful, private, and just what we needed to relax and reconnect. We did have a minor issue with ants, but Katerina was incredibly responsive and took care of it immediately. Her hospitality made all the difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place!

We stayed at Pavel and Simona's place, this was the best RBNB experience we've had of all the places we've been so far. The owner of the place was lovely, welcomed us to host even though we arrived a little before the scheduled time. The house was stunningly beautiful – a large house, 3 bedrooms, a living room and a garden. The house was fully equipped with everything to the smallest detail - from cooking ingredients (spices, oil, sugar, coffee capsules, etc.), cooking utensils of all kinds, toilet paper and even soaps and anything you can think of. The children's equipment was also perfect- a pot was waiting for us in the children's room with a package of wipes, bathrobes for children, changing paste, diapers, just everything. The house is very spacious, large and very rustic and innovative in its design, you can see that they have put thought into every detail. Our kids didn't want to leave and asked to stay and live there with so much fun. Level of cleanliness- perfect and in general, there is no negative review of the accommodation and the hosts. In the yard of the house there is a balcony and grass, a place to light a fire, private parking, floor heating, a large fireplace in the center of the living room. If we come back to explore the area we will undoubtedly want to stay there again Highly recommend

The house is beautiful, located in a very picturesque area. The home is very well maintained and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable mattresses, beautiful views, and very nice host. A home located very close to the mountain trail. Highly recommend !!!

Really very good cottage. Value for money – great! The property is a little off the beaten path, but it has its charm too. In the morning, you can go to the balcony, admire the mountains, grazing sheep, and drink coffee. The house is very clean, everywhere. This is really cool. There's everything you need to relax, and you can make a BBQ grill. The only thing missing is a sauna – if the owners add it someday, it will be perfect! Summary: Great rest at this price! Recommended!

I spent a great time in this cozy place. The allotted block had everything you needed: hot water, good bed, kitchen and bathroom with needed domestic appliances and autonomous heating. In the town center, which is a 15-20 minute walk away, there is a shopping center and a supermarket where you can buy most of the necessary things. Also, comfortable buses run from Prague and back every day if you use public transport. Visitors should understand that this isn’t a Hilton hotel, but a cozy place where you can live comfortably and have a good time in a new city. The owner and the people who look after the estate are very kind and caring. It was a pleasure to interact with them throughout my stay. The speed of communication were also on top. It was my first experience with Airbnb and I'm glad I chose this place. Thanks Zenka.

Great place, all prepared for tip top, house equipped with everything necessary (there was a supply of paper, dishwasher tablets, bags, tea). We had a weekend with friends, and who knows if we won't be back, probably the best place we've been to so far! Thanks and greetings.

We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s place. We traveled as two families (7 people total), and from the moment we arrived, Simona went above and beyond to ensure we knew how everything worked—sauna, coffee machine, washing machine, and more. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her kindness and proactive approach really stood out. She was always available if we had any questions, and she even left us some delicious cookies as a welcome treat. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the house matches the photos perfectly. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend Simona’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host.
