Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Aus dem Inserat geht leider nicht hervor, dass die Unterkunft sich mit einer zweiten Unterkunft den Pool teilt. Das war für uns bei Ankunft etwas überraschend und unschön. Ansonsten sehr durchdachte Unterkunft, schöner Pool. Tolles Design. Dominiki und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt. Die Familie/ Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss ( mit separatem Eingang) und sind bei allen Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die beiden große Terrassen toll. Sowohl der Strand Alikes als auch das Dorf sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Chalkidiki! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, aber dennoch perfekt, um die schönsten Strände und Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Auch einige tolle Tavernen sind ganz in der Nähe. Athanasios war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch Athanasios wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und haben uns auf anhieb zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch noch an Mama Elena für den leckeren Kuchen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Hit ist aber der Ausblick vom Balkon/Terrasse. Wir haben den Fernseher nie benutzt, da uns der Ausblick so fasziniert hat. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, man kann innerhalb kurzer Zeit den Bäcker, den Dorfplatz und die lokalen Supermärkte erreichen. Es gab mal einen Werbespruch der besagte: "Mitten drin statt nur dabei." Das trifft es ziemlich gut. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Nikiti, die Lage des Ortes Agios Nikolaos ist günstig als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Ost- und Westseite von Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos und natürlich auch ins Hinterland von Chalkidikki. Es gab eine gute Parkmöglichkeit nahe der Wohnung. Es war rundum ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Ο οικοδεσπότης και οι γονείς του ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι. Η επικοινωνία φιλική και χωρίς προβλήματα. Το σπίτι περιποιημένο με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια οικογένεια ή οποία θέλει να βρίσκεται κοντά στη θάλασσα και μακριά από μαζικό τουρισμό. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις γύρω παραλίες. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation. Katerina was incredible helpful, proactive, always available and her "tavernas" and beach recommendations were spot on. It also helped a lot to have a parking space 10 meters from the house.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

Ich war für eine Woche in Sykia und habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen! Sie liegt zentral in der kleinen Stadt Sykia unweit vom Meer und wundervoller Natur. Die kleine Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ausreichend groß. Nikos und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Nouveau séjour dans cette location après y avoir séjourné cinq ans auparavant. Séjour très agréable pendant lequel nous avons pu apprécier une nouvelle fois la qualité des installations proposées. Vis à vis de notre précédent séjour, nous avons constaté la présence de wifi (connexion excellente), d'une télévision et en extérieur d'un barbecue Seul petit regret (pour nous), une cuisine extérieure moins bien aménagée suite à l'absence de réfrigérateur. Il faut certes disposer d'un véhicule mais Sikyà est un bon point de séjour pour cette partie de la Sithonie

Leonie e Theo ci hanno subito accolto e accompagnato alla location che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. La casa si trova in un paesino molto tranquillo dal quale si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, cucina attrezzata, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa di cui non siamo riusciti ad usufruire è la TV perché per poterla collegare al cellulare c'era bisogno di un'applicazione a pagamento, ma sinceramente non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Leonie e Theo sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno dato molti suggerimenti sui siti da visitare. Ideale per un viaggio in famiglia.

Very clean, spacious and quiet, a perfect terrace, good facilities, very good value and the best hosts in the world? I'll be back next year! Oh and at least by early September you can have the rising sun wake you in bed if you let the blinds open in the main bedroom :)
