Newly built house with garden. It is a detached house in the center of Sikia with a big garden including some olive trees. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a table, a kitchen equipped with cookware,a bathroom and also one more WC. There is enough space for parking 2 cars. The beach of Sikia is just 4 km far from the house and some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia Chalkidiki are really close (Sarti 10km, Kavourotripes 17 km, Orange beach 17km, Kriaritsi 9km, Tigania 10km, Toroni 20km)
