Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sykia Chalkidikis

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Woche bei Stella in der Unterkunft erleben dürfen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar ein Korb mit einheimischen Geschenken erwartete uns. Mitte der Woche hat Stella uns sogar frische Handtücher angeboten, einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann den Abend im Garten bei einem fantastischen Jasminduft genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine süße Überraschung war ein hausgemachten Orangenkuchen . Noch nie haben wir eine so gute Gastgeberin bei Airbnb erlebt. Danke für alles, wer weiß vielleicht kommen wir bald wieder.

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Мы с женой и нашей собакой и нашими друзьями остановились в доме Джорджа в начале мая на неделю. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям! Для 4 взрослых, 1 ребенка и 1 собаки места было очень много. Отличная кухня со всем необходимым, большая закрытая территория. В 20 минутах пешком поселок Метаморфосис, где есть несколько хороших заведений. В 5 минутах на машине - Никити, где есть вообще все, что нужно. Приватный и красивый пляж (в начале мая мы били там одни!) - в 4 минутах пешком через дорогу! Мы реккомендуем это жилье всем, кто ценит тишину и комфорт, при этом находясь недалеко от кафе и магазинов! Спасибо, Джордж!

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Der Besuch bei Elena und Christos hat sich sehr gelohnt. Das Apartment ist in perfekter Lage um zum Strand zu Fuß zu kommen und Halkediki zu erkunden. Christos war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir wurden zum Check-in von ihm empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät erst ankamen. Der kühlschrank war gefüllt, sodass wir uns erst mal keine Gedanken um das Frühstück machen mussten. Wir wurden jeden Tag mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt und das Apartment wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

This place is very nice to relax and enjoy the beach. Makis nest is a couple steps from the beach (3min). the beach access is through his property. Highly recommend this place. The garden area is very beautiful and relaxing. The host was an amazing person, he is very attentive and helped us so much. Always available and willing to help us. There's a supermarket like 400m away. If you have a car, you can go to the best beaches in Vourvourou very easily. *YOU NEED A CAR, there's no public transportation in Vourvourou

Niko was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. He welcomed us and gave us all the information to visit the surrounding area. The 3-floor villa was very clean and comfortable and right in front of a beautiful beach with a great restaurant within walking distance. We loved our short stay and plan to come back for a longer stay.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Strandnähe. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere zwei Familien. Besonders die verschiedenen Terrassenbereiche luden dazu ein, gemeinsam zu essen, zu entspannen und die Zeit zu genießen. Der Garten war ein echtes Paradies für die Kinder. Im Haus sorgten Ventilatoren und Klimaanlagen durchgehend für ein angenehmes Raumklima – auch an heißen Tagen. Der Dachboden ist gemütlich, aber durch die Dachschrägen für größere Personen – vor allem im Bad – etwas eng, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der überdachte Grillbereich mit großem Tisch im Garten war ein Highlight. Die Nähe zum Strand war mit Kindern ein großer Pluspunkt, zumal der Gastgeber Liegen und Schirme bereitstellte. Der Strand ist einer der schönsten in Chalkidiki – feiner Sand, klares Wasser, ideal zum Schnorcheln. Vielen Dank an Ioannis für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The cottage is in a wonderful location, close to beautiful woodland walks as well as being less than half an hour to the sea. Interesting and historic villages are in easy reach. The cottage itself is traditional and homely, and was well-equipped. Our host was brilliant.

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser herrlichen Gegend - Mitte September war der lange Strand (besonders wenn man ein Stück Richtung Develiki gegangen ist) fast menschenleer. Im 5 km entfernten Ierissos gibt es viele gute Restaurants und 2 große Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, darunter hat Eva eine Wohnung, die sie nur zu Ferienzwecken nutzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer ist wunderbar - wir haben sie schon beim Frühstück genossen. Wohnung geräumig und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Sehr sauber. Für Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen!

We absolutely loved Jade’s place, it is actually much better than what we expected and better than the photos show. Despite the bungalows and rooms were fully booked due to high seasons, it was super peaceful. Amazing beach, lovely setting with lots of green, fantastic support from Jade and her parents in low. The bungalow is basic, but spacious, clean and has everything one’s need for a beach holiday. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Wir bedanken uns für zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen an solch einem tollen Ort. Das Haus liegt malerisch hinter einer kleinen Düne, die aber den Blick auf das Meer nicht beeinträchtigt. Es war einfach traumhaft, den Kaffee mit dem Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Theo!!!!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.
