Unique family cottage right on the waterfront.

Unique family summer house right on the water's edge. Lovely and well-maintained cottage with thatched roof in the first row by the south facing beach. Here you'll have the opportunity to fall asleep to the splash of waves. The beach is one of the best and quietest in Djursland. In the middle of beautiful nature and close to Mols' great experiences. There is a large terrace in front to enjoy meals with panoramic views, and a terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue behind the house for the cozy evenings. There are various equipment for small children.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

“SUSET”, beautiful cottage on Mols - close to the beach 🏊‍♀️

SUSET is a COZY cottage between the hills and the water in a small peaceful cottage area 2 km from Femmøller stand, where there is a GROCERY STORE with a large assortment of goods🌹 Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely, nice and secluded. Meals can be taken both on the veranda and in the backyard. The gas grill is close to the house and there is a grill table on which the food can be prepared.😊

1st row to Dragsmur Beach. View of Begtrup Vig. 5000m ² natural plot with trails and hills in the middle of National Park Mols Bjerge. There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. The house is located with the most beautiful view of the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture on both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom is a reasonable size with a large shower room. Living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a bio fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Fantastic luxury holiday home of 330 m2 in the mountains of Mols with 180 degree sea view and room for the whole family. The house is located at the top of a hill with private forest and small lake. The house has 6 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms and toilet. Both inside and out, there's plenty of room for the big family and friends. The house is located overlooking beautiful Helgenæs and it is 15 minutes to Ebeltoft / about 7 minutes to Molskroen. The beautiful and almost private beach can be reached in about 7 minutes.

Beautiful, small, authentic cottage with enclosed garden, on a quiet road - only 400 meters from the beach, located at Lyngsbæk Strand. Within 1 km, there is a grocery store, a swimming pier, an ice house, a cafe and the legendary Molskroen. The house is 45 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and toilet. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a 3/4 bed. The toilet is equipped with a toilet and sink. Cozy, shielded outdoor shower with nice hot water. The house is left cleaned.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
