A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. The apartment is on 2 floors with its own entrance and a view of the bay and Risskov.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view
