A vacation in our cozy, authentic summer cottage is pure enjoyment. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and has an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There is a new kitchen from 2022 connected to the living room. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed as follows: one room with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, which is best suited for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly furnished annex with a double bed and a double mattress on the floor Please note that the house is older and has been renovated over time.

Your retreat located in the heart of idyllic Ebeltoft. The forest house has two floors – the house has a super cozy enclosed courtyard with a view of the forest. Up the stairs just behind the house, you’ll find the most beautiful view of the entire Ebeltoft Vig area and the Mols hills. Within walking distance of Fregatten Jylland, the Glass Museum, and Maltfabrikken; a 10-minute drive from Mols Bjerge, which offers unique hiking trails; and close to Ree Park Zoo, Djurs Sommerland, and Aarhus C. From Skovhuset, it's 300 meters to the water, the marina, and the bus to the airport and the ferry.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Unique marina cottage in atmospheric Ebeltoft Skudehavn. Within walking distance of the city's best coffee shop, restaurants and the old town. Watch the boats come in and follow the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

The farm has undergone a total renovation and today appears to be something special. Emphasis has been placed on quirky details, comfort, and original farm charm-with a glimpse in the eye. The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living room, which has opened up to kip with visible rafters and taps. The ornamental garden and the view of the meadow and field is fantastic and the farm is located about 500m from Dråby Strand, which is one of the most popular beaches in Syddjurs and 4km from Ebeltoft, which is always worth a visit.
