Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Experience the calm. The simple frames are in the middle of a large natural plot surrounded by trees. Look up and see the cute squirrels jumping from branch to branch. Or close your eyes in the hammock and enjoy the birds' song. Lots of nice walks. The place can also be used for immersion in work or study. Only a 30-minute drive from Aarhus - and the light rail runs directly from Aarhus and stops 1.4 km from the house. Close to Mols Bjerge, Kalø Castle Ruin and Lübker golf. It is possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children (= extra bunk bed).

Beautiful holiday home right on the beach

On the waterfront of Ugelbølle Strand, you will find this very unique, well-maintained, charming petit cottage from the 1900s. The house has been renovated over the years and is in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as there is only 7 meters to the water. It is quiet and peaceful here - and only the sea can be heard when the window is ajar at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.

Beautiful tiny house in extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a lovely, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Unwind in the tranquil surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There's light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
