The house has been renovated over the years and is in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as there is only 7 meters to the water. It is quiet and peaceful here - and only the sea can be heard when the window is ajar at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.
