Stay centrally in Skanderborg with a 10-minute walk to the city's many shops and eateries. There is a 5-minute walk to the forest and the lake with a swimming bridge, canoe rental, mountain bike trails and hiking trails, as well as a 12-minute walk to the station with trains to Aarhus (15 minutes) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Skanderborg. The sky is high here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cat, chickens, and roosters are also very curious. We look forward to welcoming you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex.
