Our house is located on a quiet residential road close to shopping, sports and nature + close to Givskud Zoo (8 km) and Legoland (25 km). In the house there are three rooms, a large kitchen, a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. In the hallway there is a washing machine, dryer and cabinet freezer. In the garden, there is a large covered terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower, trampoline, playhouse, swing set, fireplace and a cozy shelter.

From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Vejle by ligger også kun 15 min vekk i bil eller du kan ta tog fra Jelling stasjon. Huset har stor hage med muligheter for hygge og avslapning.
