Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center containing supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg.

Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home. The cottage was renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The upper floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The lower floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. Both rooms have direct access. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security door from the living room. Large south-west facing terrace. Cool walkway to the west and north. 200 m above Feddet to good beach.
