With our charming summerhouse, you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly by the water, out to beautiful beach meadow with bathing beach and jetty. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee, while the ships sail by on the Flensburg fjord. The light, the water, the tranquility, and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach.
