Located in an extremely peaceful area, this well-maintained 4-room house with approximately 104 m² of living space offers a truly unique atmosphere. Everything you need is just a 5-minute walk away: Parking, bus stop, bakery, drugstore, grocery stores, Migros, kiosk, post office, restaurants, cafés, and hairdressers.

A total of 15 sleeping places are available, divided into 1 double bed, 13 combinable single beds, as well as 3 bathrooms, which are released depending on the group size. Hair dryer, washer & dryer, as well as storage space for luggage are always included either way. The house has 2 parking spaces right next to the large garden. The proximity to Germany, such as Lake Constance/Rhine, complete the stay.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Due to its location, it is possible to carry out a wide range of sports, cultural and culinary activities. Located in the vineyard 15 minutes from Crans-Montana, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extra sofa (140 x 190 cm bed). Kitchen is Fully stocked. It has access and a private exterior with unobstructed views of the plain.

Casa Brione 41 is a unique gem. In 2023, the house was completely renovated and impresses with modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, there is a balcony on the ground and upper floor with wonderful views of Lake Maggiore, as well as several seating areas and terraces for relaxing. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (mostly Easter - Oct), as well as a parking space are available.
