First level: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave and dishwasher), underfloor heating and seating area with wood fireplace and sofa bed. Upper levels: bright bathroom and sleeping area with double bed (180 x 200). Private outdoor area with water area and fireplace. The laundry room can be used.
