A lovely place to stay - quiet but with lots of parts of Norfolk easily accessible. Cottage had everything I needed and was warm and comfortable. Close to host's house, but still very private. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay at Danielle’s place - the decor and interior is absolutely stunning. We were so grateful for the lovely welcome hamper on arrival too as it started off our weekend with a bang. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy with a lush country feel. The garden was perfect for the dogs too as it meant they had an enclosed space to run around and do their business if needed. The house is in a fab location and drivable to some absolute stunning places and beaches, we visited: Wells next the sea, Cromer, Old Huntstanton, Salt House, Brandcaster beach, Fakingham and Sandringham estate. It was nice having a nice house to come back to and relax in. Beds were super comfy and the little touches of shampoo and body wash with the robes were an added bonus. This house has everything you need and more! Very much recommend this place if you’re looking for a wonderful home to stay in for your Norfolk adventures. Thank you for hosting us x

We had a great few days here in the Easter Holidays, and this has probably been one of our favourite airbnbs that we’ve stayed at. The accommodation was lovely, light, airy and very clean. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were nice. The garden was also quite large with a great view and imagine it would be a nice place to spend time in warmer weather. Location was also great being fairly close to the coast and various attractions as well as having Fakenham only 10 minutes drive away with various supermarkets. Julia was a very responsive host with any messages and we appreciated the cookies and the kids appreciated the sweets that were left out. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely visit again

The Lodge is a quaint, quirky very compact cosy place to stay. Jan is so welcoming and makes lovely fruit cake as I sampled on arrival! Which was most welcome after a long drive. Will definitely return but maybe in the spring or summer. The road leading to the village is pretty dark and quite narrow in places but the surrounding countryside is beautiful especially with the autumn colours.
