It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a jetty and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented permanently with a private entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
