In close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacy, clinic, public transport, as well as a recreational area by the Malše River. Short walking distance 15 minutes to the historic center along the river, ample bike paths. Possibility to park one personal car ( motorcycle ) in a locked area of the yard, right at the entrance to the house. The possibility of storing sports equipment. Personal handover of the apartment. Parking is included in the price of the stay.

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.

The flat was clean and cozy, we stayed on the 9th floor. There was no kitchenette and silverware ( for those who would like to dine at the apartment ) . Drive from the village to Češské Krumlov 15 min , to Lipno 40 min. And there are many places for parking

Communication with Alice was great, really very kind and accommodating. Were able to/were allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and the back garden are really nice and large, everything exactly as shown in the pictures. It just has to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are still no sidewalks.

The open living space features wooden beams and a mix of furniture styles, including a spacious sofa and modern black chairs. A freestanding bathtub is placed nearby. Natural light enters through multiple windows, illuminating the warm wooden flooring.

Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!
