Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Suwannee River

Although the apartment was a little hard to find based on the address, the light in front of the house was on but the area surrounding was pretty poorly lit (we arrived at 10pm though so take that for what you will. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Close to a place where we got the best breakfast sandwiches ever (Zacadoo's). Check in and check out were easy, no excessive demands on checkout whatsoever (in fact no demands). I didn't realize until we were about to check in that it was apparently a smoking property but it did not smell excessively of smoke and I'm sensitive to that. Over all a great value, I would stay here again.

Very large apartment, beautiful location, lovely and responsive host. So clean and tidy, and lots of lovely little amenities around the place in case we had forgotten anything. Only 10mins drive to kings landing for some amazing kayaking. Thanks!

Devon's place was exactly what I needed. I was in town for a church convention, which was five minutes away from the property local gas station/convenience store right on the corner. The Lakeview was amazing. I would stay here again.

The place looked just like the photos! I loved the location, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and private stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place, amazing people. The apartment had everything we needed. My husband is a stroke surviver with a lot of mobility issues and Jo and Darrel were so accommodating for our special needs. We were here for 3 months, and I wish we didn't have to leave. This has become my new happy place. It is so peaceful and yet mere minutes away from anything you could need. Absolutely love the area and my evening walks around the neighborhood. My soul found much needed peace on the bench swing overlooking the lake. The only negative I could find (and a small one at that) is the lane is very rough to drive in, so be cautious. But honestly, it adds to the charm of the place. It became a joke for us as my hubby would overexagerate the bumps as we drove in and out. Our stay here was perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book here. Whether it is just a week or several months. You'll love it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was nice, friendly, and helpful. The house looked amazing and clean! It was spacious and gave us plenty to do within the home. We hope this can be our new “go-to” place when visiting our family members in Jacksonville. We have already recommended this place to local family and friends. Very well pleased. First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

This property was exactly as described, it is beautifully decorated and so peaceful next to the river. The treasure camp restaurant right down the road was a fun experience, great food and live music on the weekend! We enjoyed it very much!

We had a guys scuba trip and the Divers Den was a perfect place to stay for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals. A large screen TV in a comfortably furnished living room was relaxing. The front and back porches were perfect to take in the sounds and scenery of Florida. Also plenty of chairs to hang and dry scuba gear. We look forward to our next visit!
