Vacation rentals with lake access in Suwannee River

Fantastic place, clean and cozy. My daughter loved the dock and that there was a fishing pole for her to fish with.

This home is great for a family. We felt like we were at home instantly. Everything you need is there. It was also spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved it!

Peter was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay, using the boats/kayaks, and enjoying the peace and nature in this private location!

This was our second time staying at The Acorn. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed...toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee and tea supplies...so pleased that we didn't need to run to the store to get any of these items! Dan and Michelle are very quick to respond if we ever need anything. Had some issues with the internet and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. We love relaxing in the back yard and enjoying all of the wild life. The alligators won't bother you if you don't bother them! I absolutely recommend Dan and Michelle's beautifully decorated home to anyone who would like a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to spend their vacation!

My husband and I love nature so this was absolutely the perfect fit for us. It is magical. Waking up for the sunrise and seeing all the birds/alligators/ beautiful views. This house is also the perfect location- right next to rainbow springs, crystal river, silver springs- where you can rent kayaks and see the beautiful water and manatees! Matt provides kayaks at his house as well which we took advantage of. When we weren’t out, we loved using the amenities of the house- hot tub, grill, dart board. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the house. Matt was also very responsive and gave us great advice on where to eat, where to hike, and what to do. We would come back!

This property is peaceful and on a corner lot to provide the most privacy in the neighborhood. There was plenty of wildlife. Access to the river and Springs was easy, close, and inside a beautiful and private park. The house is spotless and updated. The hosts are wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

Bryan's house is in a beautiful, peaceful location. Loved having coffeee in the morning outside watching all the wildlife. The sunsets in the evening were equally fabulous. We were 2 couples. It was perfect as each couple had our own bathroom. Home was up-to-date, clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The home is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views to the lake are to die for, and the kitchen is a dream. We barbecued, made s'mores in both fire pits and took the kayaks out on the lake almost every day. We fished from the dock and saw lots of Wildlife. The area is tranquil and private, but close to grocery stores restaurants and shopping. We visited five major natural springs, all were within 40 minutes. We also really enjoyed spending the day in the historic and charming downtown area of Mount Dora, less than 1/2 an hour away. We absolutely loved this home and the area and will be back.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This place had a awesome lake, the kayak was my gf and I’s first time and it was super dope, the fireplace was easy and clean to use (they have kindlings ready to go) so we sat under the stars while enjoying the outdoors. The inside has the basics you need and there is a laundry mat not far from the stay. Overall great weekend experience.

Gary cozy apartment is a perfect way to put it! Spacious, clean, stocked, and in a great location. You just can’t beat the price! We’ll definitely stay again!

This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

This couple was so welcoming and friendly. It almost didn’t feel like an airbnb, more like I was visiting distant relatives. They were very friendly to my son, even asking him if he’d like to help gather eggs from their chicken coop. It was just overall a great experience especially with the arcade downstairs.

Beautiful venue for my intimate wedding elopement. Alisha allowing me to take photos with the horses was a magical addition to my perfect big day. Lovely place to stay as always.

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

We had a relaxing month at William's home. It is comfortable and cozy with everything we needed. We loved the lakeside view and getting out in the canoe. Plenty of comfortable seating for inside the house and on the outside patio. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is big and in a quiet neighborhood. Met friendly neighbors. Saw a lot of wildlife-birds, some gators, fish. Sunsets over the lake were beautiful. Had fun discovering shopping in nearby Dunnellon. William was a great host-easy to reach and always kind and helpful. We plan to reserve again!

We stayed here with 10 women on a lady retreat it was perfect - all the amenities you could need and more with the kayaks and St John’s River and many springs nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We traveled 13 hours to Kelli’s place to visit keystone heights and old friends. I had never used Air BNB before and was nervous about the check in process. Kelli was extremely communicative and helped me through it. This cute little cottage was the perfect place for us and our two dogs. They felt extremely comfortable & loved the ability of the backyard. We didn’t get a chance to use the canoe but the lake is absolutely beautiful! The neighborhood is extremely quiet & safe. It was clean & smelt great when I arrived. We loved everything about this place & will be visiting again next year!

This is the cutest little spot! Hosts certainly put a lot of thought into preparing for anything that you may need while here. I just wish I could have stayed longer to spend more time on those porches! The little restaurant next door served some fantastic food and great service too but they close early most nights so plan accordingly. We were in town visiting our college kid so we'll try and stay here again next time.

This was our first couples trip and it was so peaceful and eventful. To start the place was so wonderfully decorated and so much attention to detail. The neighbors were very friendly and polite. We used the kayaks and had so much fun. We paddled all the way out to the big lake and back and around the islands so about a total of 4 miles. HIGHLY recommend using and reapplying sunscreen unless you want sun poisoning like we got but other than that we had a very great trip and will definitely be booking with Mrs Michelle again in the future. She was great and quick to respond and truly cares about her guests! Thank you Michelle for a very rememberable trip! Can’t wait for our next adventure at one of your many locations!
