My boyfriend and I were in Florida for 10 days and this was one of our stops for two nights. This location was absolutely A plus! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, extremely comfortable, had everything we could possibly need, and its just 6 minutes from the airport. The pool was perfest as well. Joe's response time was always very prompt. We found plenty to do in the area. Three great things we did in the were go to the Riverside Arts Market, The Jacksonville Zoo, and the Avonlea Antiques and Interiors. I would absolutely recommend this location for your next trip to Jacksonville!

My husband and I were visiting a friend in the area. Everything on the posting was accurate. This is a quaint beautiful place that is perfect for two. Tracy is helpful and responds promptly. The apartment is super clean and very home-y. Whether you like watching tv, curling up in a chair with a book, or soaking in a hot tub soaking up the sounds of nature, this place is highly recommended. It did not disappoint.

This was a perfect getaway - minus the impending hurricane! Dog friendly, with partially fenced in year and swimming for the pups. Very peaceful on the porch and both of the two docks. Plenty of kayaks for us to paddle around the bay. We saw lots of wildlife - birds, fish, and even a ray! Really lovely place. I wish we could've stayed longer, but the storm was moving in. Katie was super helpful with storm updates and options. On another note, the key is super adorable. 83 West is possibly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Definitely plan to come back after hurricane season!

Second stay at this well appointed and comfortable home. Will definitely be back. Everything worked as it should and was happy to see our home away was not damaged from the storms. If unsure it this is the place for you, we can certainly vouch for it

My family and I loved our stay here. The location was perfect for both WEC and HITS. We also loved the house and felt totally at home from the first moment we stepped inside. The house was clean and tidy and I especially loved both bathrooms. The showers were great. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again next time we are in town!

I can’t say enough about Michelle and her place. The place is amazing , great location, spotless and very peaceful. Michelle is by far the best host you could ask for. Not only is it easy to communicate with her but we are here for our babies surgeries and medical care and she has reached out numerous times asking how baby is and if we need anything. I would recommend this home and her as a host to anyone.

We’ve stayed at several places in this community over the years and this was definitely the best! Place was clean, the appliances were updated, and you can’t beat the proximity to the pool/clubhouse and the Lake views. Will definitely book again here.

Excellent house. I come to the area once a year to visit family, has been one of the better experiences. House well decorated and cozy. Made plenty use of the heated pool. Chris was ready to help out thru whole process. Would definitely book again.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!
