We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient being in walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We hope to stay again soon!

We have stayed here before and we will stay here again. Michelle's place is clean, spacious and has everything you could need.

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

My husband and I have stayed at this air b&b several times while visiting family in the area. It is always clean and comfortable. The location is prefect to go to St. Augustine or stay in the Ponte Verde area. We can’t wait to return!

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb and I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again. Highly recommend. Great hosts, clean and quiet room in a safe neighborhood with lots to do close to the University I was attending.

Great little cozy place for the price.

Jon’s place was very welcoming and comfortable, like a home away from home. It was so peaceful which is exactly what we needed for my birthday trip from Jax. Above and beyond when it came to amenities, the grill was an awesome touch using it along side the beautiful scenery was perfect. And they provided any and all kinds of dishes and utensils you could need. 10/10 would recommend!!

Easy stay. Quiet and comfortable.

Mariana's place was perfect for me (even two) - very cozy and quiet for a place to chill and rest. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore Mandarin nearby. The house is also near the highway, so it was easy enough to explore the surrounding areas of Jacksonville. Mariana was a wonderful host, always very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!!

We loved this place so much last year that we booked it again for this year and we will definitely book again for next year! The hosts are responsive, kind, and available when needed. They are gray to talk to, but will let you have your space. The community is beautiful and peaceful. Nits a great location and close to many different attractions.

What can I say? First of all, it's such a beautiful and peaceful place. Spectacular scenery, and it's also super close to the Springs. Surrounded by nature. The apartment is extremely cozy and clean. The host, Ms. Beatriz, is an excellent person and very concerned about the needs of her guests. My friends and I really loved it. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an escape to tranquility and nature.

Terry was a great host and her place was perfect for what we needed, super comfy and really peaceful. We were 14 minutes away from East Beach and under 20 minutes from a couple other beaches. Great place to stay at!! Highly recommend!!

This stay was an absolute delight, and we look forward to hopefully staying again at some point in the future. The bed was extremely soft, and the charging station came in handy for our devices. It was a little hard to find the parking spot, as our first time in was in the dark, but the host was super helpful and came out to guide our was. 10/10, 100% recommended

The place was bigger than I expected, it was clean, comfortable, we loved it. Only thing I would like to point out to other guests is that the 2 rooms the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear everything from one room to the other/kitchen and living room into the rooms. Even the ticking of the clock in the kitchen you can hear inside the bedroom. It didn't bother us too much but we were with 2 kids and 2 other adults and the mornings were a little rough since some woke up earlier than others same for falling asleep with everyone going to bed at different times. Other than that this place was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful property and beautiful pool! Would definitely stay again!
