Very helpful from before we booked and during. Lovely area, very quiet and peaceful. Feels like a normal home.

We stayed at Daneholm Hunstanton. It was great just a 2 minute walk to the Beach. We were very lucky with the weather so was on the Beach everyday of our stay. It had everything you needed and would definitely recommend this place to stay.. and we like to get away with family and friends so could book again for a get away!! The rooms were definitely big enough for our size party and the bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable. It’s dog friendly which can often be difficult but the dogs felt at home and lived their walks on the beach.

Everything was straight forward plenty of communication throughout our stay and leading up to it Very spacious accommodation with some lovely touches and extras Would like to suggest a set of drawers in each bedroom would be handy Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a good location Would definitely come again

Lovely house, perfect for what we needed. 20 minute walk to the fronts. Close to little shops for bits and bobs needed. Comfy and clean.

We based ourselves at Ajay’s place to walk three days of the Norfolk coast path, it was perfect! Perfect location, great for the coastal hopper busses, really big space for our group, big lounge, nice rooms and beds, loads of bathrooms, lots of parking - super easy for a group of friends and also dog friendly! Also lovely to see the sunset each night from the giant windows! We thought it was very well priced for a group. Would really recommend - thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a very nice stay, short walk to shops and seaside. Dog friendly place, but noticed streets and also area around accommodation was very clean. Beautiful beach, which families would enjoy. Unspoiled as there are only a few cafes. Cyclists can get on a safe track to ride from Mablethorpe to Skegness, maybe further. Loads of takeaways near, and a lovely Italian Restaurant, where I had a birthday meal. Quiet place if you like that, good for visits to nearby resorts.

Lovely house in a fab location! Very helpful to have soap/toiletries included too and a nice welcome gift too :) Laura was very informative, giving all the info upfront which was very helpful and saved us having to ask any questions! Lovely quiet street too with plenty of parking. No problems whatsoever and will be back in the future!

The Beehive is a wonderful little holiday home literally 5 mins walk from a fantastic beach. 2 Hotel/Restaurants within walking distance plus 1 Michelin place. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The owners have thoughtfully given up a space in their own garden with 2 chairs and a table for guests to use as there are 2 huge houses being built opposite. The noise was minimum and was not a problem for us. Well equipped and comfy bed. Lovely Bee theme throughout, we are keen apiarists so it did make us smile.

Had a fantastic weekend with my little girl at Carla’s caravan, was located in amazing spot surrounding absolutely everything we needed, 5-10 minute drive to both skegness & ingoldmells. I also took my dog as it’s pet friendly which was perfect for me, we all had a blast, thank you so much xx

Good location, easy access ( walking) to town, beach & supermarkets and could always get parked in the street (free). We were a Family of 14 with 6 under 8 years and had plenty of space. Good range of bedrooms and bathrooms Plenty of crockery/kitchen utensils including volume of glasses & cups etc . Very well equipped. We all managed to sit round the table and plenty of seats in the lounge for us which is a bonus for a large party . The children made good use of the streaming services on the tv . Entrance hall area was good for leaving shoes and coats in . Only negatives were that the grass needed cutting and the garden wasn’t that aesthetically pleasing however it was enclosed and didn’t actually bother us as we were out every day Overall we had a super time here

Great stay for my Daughter's birthday. Fantastic location in walking distance to The Beach and Seafront. Stunningly turned out property with everything you could need. Spacious Driveway. The hot tub was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home here. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Karrans place for the weekend. The location was brilliant. 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Mablethorpe by car. The place is very spacious and gave everyone plenty of space. I'd definitely recommend this place. I will probably be in touch again nearer the time next year. Thanks Karran for letting us stay at your place.

We had a lovely stay in Cleethorpes for a friends birthday. The house was perfect for our size family of 2 adults and 2 children. We paid a little more than we thought we would for the area but it was worth it for this property. Glad to have off-road parking and also in a quiet street. House was new and clean and clutter free with plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms were large and bathrooms new and spotless. Kitchen was immaculate with good equipment. Nice to have a little outside area too when the sun shines! Close to the beach and amenities which is super easy for the kids. Keith was super responsive and helpful and kindly left us a really sweet box of goodies to enjoy which went down well with the kiddies and adults! Would stay again if we come back.
