New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.
