Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

Ideal for families of up to 6 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + guest WC): the perfect base for hiking and biking in the mountains or the Rhine Gorge in summer & autumn, and for golf. In winter, it’s great for skiing & snowboarding in Laax. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is also welcome.

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Apartment between monastery and train station

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Design, Berge & Nature – Villa Maissen 1OG

Welcome to the approximately 150-year-old Villa Maissen, a beautiful manor house with a well-kept garden and mountain views – perfect for design lovers and nature lovers. The apartment on the first floor invites you to relax or enjoy sports. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 min.) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the spa in Vals for wellness lovers.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Casa Angelica

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

Farm holidays

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our 3½ room apartment (6 people) can also be extended to a 4½ room apartment (8 to 9 people)! Directly above the house is our farm shop, the seating area with fireplace, the large playground with playground equipment and some of our small animals. Anyone who wants to help in the barn, garden, field or with the animals is welcome.
