5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Casa Angelica

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
