Separate kitchen with corner bench, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, covered outdoor seating, garden, garage, car parking space. Little traffic. Wi-Fi. Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

The Stöckli is a large apartment on a beautiful farm in the Safiental GR on the sun terrace Tenna. It is comfortably furnished and suitable for families as well as couples and groups. The soapstone stove in the living room is loved by everyone. The views from the large terrace are unparalleled. Right at your doorstep, you can put on your hiking boots, ski touring skis or snowshoes and start walking. It is possible to use a sauna with a relaxation room for CHF 40.00

Our chalet in in the quaint village "Cumbel" is a perfect place for two families or a larger group, as it is designed with generous accommodation. It is oriented to the southwest and offers unobstructed, panoramic view of the valley of light and its mountains. From morning until late afternoon you can soak up the sun on the balcony or on the sizable terrace. The chalet has been lovingly restored and offers a place of peace and relaxation in a landscape

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Casa Angelica

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

Das Skigebiet Flims-Laax-Falera gehört zu den Top-Skigebieten der Schweiz. Erschlossen bis auf über 3000 Höhenmeter ist es absolut schneesicher und bietet viel Abwechslung für Skifahrer und Snowboarder. Die romantische und grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich für Paare aber auch für kleine Familien. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses, welcher euch ins Ski- und Wandergebiet befördert.

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).
