The house is great in. with children. You have plenty of space and the stairs are secured with shelters. Our son (1y) enjoyed the many toys and beautiful books. Olivone is a great starting point for beautiful hikes and particularly beautiful in autumn.

It was beautiful and we enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion to the fullest.

Nice place for an overnight stay in Italy. We could check in ourselves which was nice. House is clean and equipped with many facilities. Great place for a family with children. Also thoughtful Easter eggs upon entry! In short, maybe next year again!

If you want to escape from everyday life and just want to enjoy the mountain landscape, just perfect. The directions and check-in procedure were super good and we found the Hüttli right away. It was super clean and there was everything you needed on site. Even an outlet to charge your gadgets (if you want. We wanted to have peace). Really great and we are planning a repeat. Exceeded expectations! Fantastic location with amazing views. Wonderful access to hiking and activities. So much to do within 10 minutes drive. Complete privacy. Comfortable home with washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, balcony, and nice shower. View of the surrounding valley, including the waterfall. Amazing host - provided fantastic ideas for hiking, bakeries, and other activities. Wish we had more than five days and hope to return. Worked very well with 4 people for a larger family. The deck and outdoor space was fantastic. An amazing part of the country made even better by a wonderful place to stay.

It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

We were able to spend nice holidays despite the weather. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view on the quiet balcony for a long time. The apartment is practical and conveniently furnished. Communication with Markus was straightforward and friendly.

The apartment is in a great location. Right in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it is very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

Those who are allowed to stay with Elsbeth have a hit. The small apartment has everything you want. Homely, quiet. It is also worth mentioning that a drying room is available for use and a parking space is really right outside the front door. This place is highly recommended.

We spent two days at Flavio's place. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. A stone's throw from the train station and a small supermarket. The street is a little noisy evening street. The bus stop for the ski slopes is in front of the house. So we can do anything without a car. We had trouble getting the stove to work but Flavio was very responsive. Just a shame that we couldn't find an arrangement to leave our luggage in a corner during our son's ski competition. But other than that, everything went very well and we will gladly visit the area again!

One of the best places we have stayed. Beat was very helpful providing suggestions of what to do in the area and the view was beautiful. Recommend the walk to Crestasee and the walk along the Vorderrhein between Valendas and Versam stations.

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

We booked the place spontaneously for one night and were super satisfied. The view was beautiful, the apartment clean and perfect for four and the contact was very friendly. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The kids enjoyed all the open space outside to play. Inside there was plenty of space for our 2 families. The kitchen is well equipped. Alice is fantastic at communicating! It is worth a mention that during the winter months the guests must attend the wood burning furnace. The road up the mountain is not for the faint of heart! Would stay again.

Salü Ronny Many thanks for your hospitality and courteous care. The apartment is very nicely renovated, the rooms are cozy and the bathroom as well as the kitchen are modern. We enjoyed the quiet location and the magnificent view of the mountains. The balcony is ideal for breakfast in the sun, in the morning we were then allowed to switch to the garden of the friendly house owners to continue enjoying the mountain sun. Everything about the studio was really well thought out. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook, the bathroom was very nice and the entire space was comfortable. A short walking distance to both the Laax gondola and buses made it a great spot to access the mountain. Clio was an excellent host, she was really helpful and responsive to all our queries and has clearly thought about the comfort and convenience of their guests.

Six of us spent a week ski holidays in Kevin's apartment. The location for this is perfect, right by the train station. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well maintained. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is ideally furnished - it has everything you need for a stay. Spaghetti, pasta sauce, coffee capsules and garbage bags are in stock and can be bought directly, which is a really helpful offer! Kevin is a great host, communication is straightforward and friendly. We really enjoyed our time and would be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. A beautiful apartment where nothing is missing, great furnishings, very quiet in the midst of trees. The large balcony with evening sun is wonderful. Every now and then even a squirrel scurried by. The location is also great, you have many possibilities to explore Flims on foot. Also thanks to the Welcom Letter folder we had great tips from the hosts. Sonja was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Thank you for the nice time. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed 6 nights at Philip place to have access to Flims resort. It was a great stay! Apartment is located in a nice village of Trin Mulin. Trin Mulin itself is a very nice place to stay, one can discover surroundings and find two beautiful lakes Crestasee and Caumasee. From Trin to Flims it is just 10 minutes by bus. Apartment is well equipped and very, very, very clean! One can enjoy a great view from the terrace. It is so cosy to sit in front of the fireplace in winter! Philip is a great host, responsive and provides all the needed instructions!
