From the front door it’s a quick trip to Colorado University (CU) Campus, Folsom Field, hiking in Chautauqua and Mt Sanitas, the Boulder Theater, and the many restaurants and bars that make Boulder a year around destination. Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

The suite is spacious and very bright, perfect for a solo traveler. Private entrance and access to an outdoor patio and a beautiful backyard. The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

My partner and I were staying just for the weekend to attend a wedding, and Frances was flexible with our check-in, responded promptly and let us make some adjustments to fit our needs. Cairole is a fantastic host! Their location was perfect for a visit to Gunbarrel, accommodations as described and pristine, with everything one could need from supplies to local recommendations. She was incredibly kind and hospitable with a later arrival (and understanding with less than ideal communication on my part), clear with instructions, and thoughtful of those who might not be used to higher altitudes - a very sweet touch!. I returned home with the feeling that this is the real spirit of what Airbnb can be - a lovely opportunity to meet and briefly share life with beautiful humans. Looking forward to another visit!

This place was perfect for our needs. My son and gf are looking to relocate to CO but not sure where yet so we took a little trip over a long weekend. It was super clean, able to accommodate the three us and if needed more spacious. She had several recommendations of local eatery’s and it was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Marni helped me feel right at home. I was in Boulder for work so had pretty long days, but coming back to this space was a welcome respite. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom clean and well lit with a natural sky window, and the back garden was so peaceful. It was very easy to bike to CU campus from her house too! Secure bike parking was available.
