Great place, as described!

Nicole’s house was great. Her house was so comfortable that we felt at home when we got there. Our stay there flew by fast. The instructions she left for us was easy to understand and made checking in the place easy. The house was clean and beautiful. Communication with Nicole was very easy and would reply within a few minutes. She was eager to make our stay memorable. A lot of available parking on the street. I was not worried about finding parking at night. Would love to stay at Nicole’s place again.

Comfortable and no major problems.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Kai and Bev were lovely hosts, so kind, accommodating and communicative. The home was nice, with free bikes to use which was a great addition. Overall would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for your hospitality

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect location for our stay in San Diego! The house was very clean, cute, amazing amenities, and close to anything you may need/want. Less than a couple blocks from some amazing restaurants, shopping, and the beach! Joshua was more than accommodating, extremely responsive, and very kind. There was no construction noise that we experienced. Even being so close to the hustle and bustle, it was very quiet, never heard our neighbors or people walking by. Highly recommend!

John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

Elizabeth was a great host and responded to all my messages in a timely manner. The property is in a peaceful neighborhood but close to all the activities we wanted to do. The property was also clean and had ample amount of space. I would stay here again if I was in SD with a large group! Thank you Elizabeth!

MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS Stayed here for a quick staycation and was absolutely blown away. The view is unreal! morning coffee and evening wine on the patio were next-level. The location is also super convenient, close to all the good restaurants and everything we needed. The house was modern, clean, cozy, and had great vibes all around. Only hiccup was the hot tub maintenance guy showing up unannounced and walking straight in. We wouldn’t have minded at all if he had just rung the doorbell first—it just caught us off guard. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely incredible stay! I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—fresh towels, cozy bedding, and even some local recommendations that ended up being trip highlights. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful and private. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was easily one of the best. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

Everything about this stay was perfect. At first, I was a little worried about the reviews about the shower water being cold, but both showers had hot water running! Friendly host! Very responsive! And very helpful security at the door! The place was very fresh, clean and beautiful! Definitely one of my favorite stays added to Tijuana!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.

Beautiful Condominium with amazing views and very close to restaurants and stores.

the kitchen was stocked with appliances, utensils, condiments and everything you need to cook a meal. Each room had a fan so it helped cool down the rooms quick. The place is located within 10min from ocean and neighborhood restaurant. Our host was attentive and hospitable. We liked the self check-in and check out method

I can't say enough good things about this stay. Location is beautiful and you're only a few minutes walk from dozens of great restaurants. One morning I left to pick up breakfast for my family and left at 5 til 7. I ended up having to wait a few minutes because I got there too early! The listing itself is part of a 4-condo unit. We stayed upstairs and everything was very quiet. We were in Pacific Beach in early June, so there was one loud party on a Saturday night at a nearby house that went past midnight, but there was nothing to be done about that. Other than that, the neighborhood was far more quiet than I would have expected for where we were. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. I'd put this in my top AirBnB stays. Thanks so much!
