Sunset Cliffs, San Diego vacation rentals

I had to most relaxing time staying at Deborah's beautiful home! Every evening I sat out and watched the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can easily walk down to the cliffs and the nature reserve. We walked to breakfast in the morning at a cafe near by which was delicious too. The house is stunning. The pictures don't really do it justice and that's saying something because the pictures are amazing! Very comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Deborah couldn't have been nicer. She accommodated my early check in request and was so responsive when I had a question after arriving. I hope to come back to this gem again and again! It truly felt like a home away from home, so welcoming and comfortable.

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

Evan was a very great host! As someone who loves to be detailed about everything I was so happy as to how easy they made the process in finding the location and how to get in seeing as it's not visible on streets! Very step by step! Especially when I was in no way familiar with the area prior to this visit! The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, it was pretty spacious as well! As my first time getting an Airbnb, this was a wonderful first experience and thank you to Evan for answering the few questions I had! If available I would definitely book again if I make another trip to San Diego! (:

Caroline's place was just perfect for our trip. The deck with the spectacular view of the ocean was amazing! Caroline was very responsive with any questions we had.

We had an AMAZING stay at Anna's in Ocean Beach. You can tell great care & attention to detail went into putting this home together. It is exactly like the photos (maybe even better) & the view is spectacular! I could have sat on the couch with the huge sliding door open & read a good book all day! The view was so amazing we elected not to eat out & instead cooked our breakfast & dinners in the kitchen, taking in the view while dining. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools you will need. A note to those who are sensitive to noises. OB is on the flight path of San Diego International & planes take off directly overhead. Good news - planes can't take off after 11:30 PM & can't resume until 6:30 AM, so you'll slumber well. If you keep the doors & windows shut, I'm sure you'd be fine, but we LOVED keeping the doors & windows open to enjoy the ocean breezes & honestly, after a while, you don't hear it anymore. Thanks for a wonderful stay Anna! We will definitely stay again.

This was our 3rd stay at Smiths cottage - we were thrilled when it was available for the dates we needed. The cottage is well equipped and the living room has a very comfortable/homey feel. For us it is an ideal location as it is very close by to where our son lives. The outdoor space with the grill is a bonus as it was perfect for a family birthday cookout. We so enjoy our time at the Smiths Cottage and hope to be able to stay again for future visits!! Ann&Peter

Upon arrival we were nervous as the outside of the building was old and is in rough condition, but the rental itself was updated and beautiful. Parking was provided but the spot is challenging to get in and out of especially if there’s a car is in the spot behind you. The view was unbeatable, decor tastefully done and place was stocked well. The beds and all seating were very comfortable. We appreciated the seating on the patio where we spent a lot of time watching surfers and the crashing waves. The binoculars were a nice addition. Access to the water was available on either side of the building. We would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely experience.

The apartment was in an excellent neighborhood. Just far enough from the town of Ocean Beach to avoid the noise, yet convenient enough to be accessible. The place itself was very nice and had all the amenities. Very clean. Good mattress, comfortable furnishings. Marc was very responsive when I sent a message, I had the answer in no time. There were a lot of food essentials available, so I could have a coffee without going to the store first. Overall, a great stay!
