communication was fantastic. Lisa thought of everything as far as amenities. well stocked kitchen, and everything else you need for your stay. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed it very much. This complex is very nice, well maintained, and super dog friendly. The parking structure was tall enough for my F150, and located under the condo. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a studio apartment.

William was an amazing host. We rented his apartment during the summer and it was the perfect location for work and fun in southern california. He was very responsive to any issues and his flexibility was very much appreciated as we extended for a month. The community is nice and quiet and we felt safe at all times. Thank you!!!

Hollys place was the perfect spot while we were visiting our daughter. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the bikes and beach chairs. We will be back next time we visit.

The Jungalow exceeded all expectations. The place is right on the beach, close to many restaurants, shops, and bars. More importantly, the interior of the house was spotless, gorgeously decorated and thoughtfully laid out (even has iphone chargers throughout the house and Sonos in each room). The pictures of the interior online do not do it justice. I was worried about the parking but it was an absolute breeze. The neighbors were even nice and spoke to me occasionally as I came and went. When you stay in a new place, especially someone else's place, it's beyond helpful to have help and guidance from the owner. Tommy, the owner, was absolutely outstanding when it came to communication and responsiveness. He was able to immediately (within 10 minutes) help me with every single question I had. This place is great for anyone from young to old. The kids have the beach within steps and the adults have the beach plus a gorgeous clean house. Highly recommended! parking neighbors tomm
