Waterfront vacation rentals in Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach

Sam was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The please was clean and easy to check in to. Shower upstairs had low pressure so would recommend showering downstairs but overall would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great long weekend at Ami's place! The apartment is very spacious, quiet, spotless & comfortable. The place was stocked with everything we needed to prepare food. We were so appreciative of the coffee, snacks & drinks that Ami left for us - this was so nice after a long drive and late arrival. I can see that parking might be challenging but we didn't have any issues with this. We easily walked to the store, beach & convention center. The host thought of every comfort & detail.

The place was exactly as described and we felt incredibly comfortable. They had a cute set up and the pool was clean. The host were lovely and efficient. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The 2 bed, 2 bath setup was perfect. The couches were super comfortable, and the view of the beach from the balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do in the area, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. You really can’t beat the location—just minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium and close to everything we needed. Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever!

Excellent host—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. My wife and I flew in for the Long Beach Grand Prix and chose this spot for its great location. We wanted to be able to see the water and within walking distance to restaurants, and this place delivered. 2nd Street offered a fantastic variety of dining options. We were also able to take Long Beach transit to the race, which saved us the hassle of parking or tying to get an Uber. The location looked exactly like the photos, the bathrooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a great time on Balboa Island- the place was comfortable and clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

The house was really easy to find. It was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the beach with the waves right next to it. We also loved the lagoon right down the street. Kyle was very responsive when I had questions which makes the experience even better. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—close to some restaurants and small businesses, making it super convenient to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful, stylishly decorated, and spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and thoughtful little touches throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Absolutely LOVED. One of my favorites so far. Super clean, ALL the details, PERFECT location. Comfy beds, lots of light, open spaces, gorgeous views. Coffee bar was A +, .....do I need to mention the Toto toilet??! Now I want one! Kitchen was wonderful for me (we stayed all week and I cook often for the family). Great fishing right off the beach across the street (my 16 year old is a fisherman and was in heaven). 30 minutes from Disneyland via Uber (no need for a rental car). Often little electric scooters are near the house for lazy teenagers (lol) and tired feet. Many doors and windows to open if you like fresh air. Everything was thought of. 5+ stars all the way.

We enjoyed staying at Annette's place. Great location just steps from Laguna Coffee Co, tons of restaurants (Nick's was our favorite) and the beach. The unit has lots of light and looks like the photos. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling on the patio. Master bed was comfy. Communication was very good, and Annette went out of her way to provide helpful recommendations on hiking in the area. Definitely recommend.

This was probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at to date! Amazing location, you are literally steps from the beach. Newport is such a great area!Took a short 10 minute walk to pick up coffee and bagels in the morning, and ate on the private upper deck. Beds were super comfortable! Hosts were always friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend, easy 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Stayed here with three friends and had the best and most relaxing time. The views are unbeatable, and the private beach access makes this rental feel like a true get-away. We had everything we needed in the home— we went to dinner one night and cooked one night. They had all the essentials in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, they had towels and beach gear ready to use, and we loved being able to use the firepit each night. The home is very charming and was spotless when we got there. We had an incredible stay! Would absolutely come back and definitely recommend for other groups of 2-5.

Easy to find location, close to 2nd street and the beach. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery. House was clean and fit the description posted. Response was quick when needed. Will book again if in the area

My wife and I have visited the West Coast many times from Cincinnati, staying in places like Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The location is unbeatable - literally right on the beach. The surrounding area is fantastic, and we ended up eating at Mickey’s for nearly every meal. It’s just a block away and the food was outstanding. The Hermosa Beach Pier is also a short walk away, offering plenty of great spots to eat, drink, and explore.

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio apartment conveniently located just a short walk from the water. In fact, everything was within walking distance! In the future, whenever we stay in Long Beach, we will be checking for availability here first. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, too! I drank my morning coffee on the balcony and just enjoyed the view. The building felt very secure. The clearly detailed instructions Nico provided made the check-in process stress free. And, when we did have any questions, Nico was very attentive and always responded within minutes. We had no issues with the parking garage and were confident our vehicle was in a safe location. Ultimately, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed under the Airbnb umbrella.

very cute and comfy home for my husband and 2 kids. attended a music festival all weekend and was walkable the whole time. really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommended!
