Vacation rentals with a patio in Sunriver

To start, Seventh Mountain Resort is an amazing place and we go couple of times a year. It's super close to Mt. Bachelor and right outside of Bend. This condo is one of the closest to the pools and restaurant, as well as the EV charging station. It has mountain views and connects to multiple trails right behind the building (perfect for trail running, hiking, gravel/mountain biking, or snow shoeing). The condo had what we needed to cook, hangout, and rest comfortably. The best part, the host was super flexible, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to our next stay at this place.

I stumbled upon this place on accident and very last minute. Within 20 minutes of me requesting to stay at his place, he responded and I was able to get it no problem. There is a beautiful view and it is very quiet and peaceful. If bringing a pet, follow the rules, there are lots of dogs around.

Great place near Mt Bachelor. The house has everything to cook, but you'll need to bring essentials, like oil, etc.. Beds are great. Soft mattresses. The resort has 3 jacuzzis and pools as well as an ice drink so it's great for the evenings after ski. Will stay here again.

Great space in a really nice location central to Bend! Chris was very communicative and the place was perfectly appointed, clean, and comfortable. would gladly stay again and will look to do so next time in Bend!

I’m so often hesitant to book an Airbnb because the photos don’t match the description or the host fails to mention the 7AM construction start next door, or or or…. Monica’s place gives Airbnb a good name. Exactly as described. Such a lovely space. Everything you need is there and there’s a terrific grocery store less than a mile away. Perfect for me and my teenager on a ski trip. We had two questions about the place that Monica answered immediately when we checked in. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. We’ll be back!

We went up to go skiing before Thanksgiving since Mt Bachelor opened early this year. The resort is the closest place to stay to the mountain, so the location is fantastic. The amenities are top notch. The hot tub, sauna, and pools are open until 10, and are a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The condo was exactly as advertised. It has been fully renovated and everything was in great shape and nicely decorated. There is an ice machine downstairs from the unit and the laundry is in the neighboring building. The bedroom is good sized, so there is plenty of room for luggage without it feeling cramped. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Snowboarding at Batchelor for the week and had a great stay. Janel's place was a cozy stay for a couple. Had all the important things - comfy bed, nice linens, hot shower, quality supplies - and lots of little extras. Good afternoon sun on the little balcony and nice fireplace for evenings. We cook when we travel and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed as well as sharp knives :) Quiet complex, walkable to a couple restaurants if needed and a short drive to any necessities. Easy drive to Batchelor. Would absolutely stay with Janel again !

absolutely loved staying here. we were there for a month working remote, was super easy to work from and live in. walking to downtown is so easy, literally 1 minute walk to an amazing coffee place or breakfast burritos, minutes to the river. can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Bend. The home was clean and well maintained; it is located within walking distance of downtown. Michael was proactive in his communications and very responsive to our questions, all of which made for a nice trip.

One of the best Airbnb around. Especially the first floor is very modern and new. The second floor feels cheaper but is still extremely clean and comfy.

Beautiful home on a quiet street. We really enjoyed the easy walks to the downtown, Old Mill and all the nice restaurants and pubs close by. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed seeing some neighborhood deer come through the front yard a couple of the mornings.

A very comfortable and cozy property. Melissa is proactive and keeps in touch to ensure her guests are enjoying their stay. The home was clean in all regards, with ample supplies, linens and toweling. This home represents good value for money and we highly recommend for your next trip to Bend.

Abby’s place exceeded our already high expectations! It was perfect for a week stay with our baby. We loved the quick access to downtown and Mt. Bachelor. It was the perfect place for a week a great snow and sunny weather! It felt like home immediately and would definitely try to stay again!

Anna's place was truly the most incredible Airbnb we have stayed! From the interiors and all the details in the home including but not limited to a beautifully hard bound book with all the home instructions and things to do in the area was so thoughtful! We loved everything there and will most definitely be staying here again now that my daughter is living in beautiful Bend!

This is a beautiful place in a great location! It's pricey but worth the money spent.

Had a lovely stay at Mike’s studio. Communication with him was easy given his timely response. We had a weekend of snowboarding at Mount bachelor and this place was perfect to come home to. The space is extremely clean and well decorated. Convenient location 20mins from Mount bachelor, 20 mins to bend. Close to markets, coffee, restaurants etc. Mike left a binder in the kitchen with checkout procedures, restaurant recs, things to do and places to see. Beautiful location in a quaint and quiet little part of town. Would definitely love to come back.

Prob the best rental I’ve stayed at in awhile. Perfectly appointed. Super clean. First rental I’ve stayed in that provided tin foil, zip locks, s & p, doggie sheets for the sofa, great internet & TV, incense burner, etc. even the lighting was great, not too bright with a good setting to relax & enjoy the fireplace. The murphy bed had a mattress that was seriously like 2 feet thick & my kids exact works were “I’m on my first layer of comfort” (she’s little) & didn’t want to get outta that comfy bed.

Such a great place to take the kids for spring break! Hours at the pool, walking the trails, riding bikes, and BBQing in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!!

Lauren's place is beautifully situated overlooking the river in Bend. Seeing it and hearing it from the balcony was golden. The apartment was simply and tastefully done. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable we felt well rested. Finally, the stroll into town by the river was an easy 10-15 minutes. So convenient. Highly recommended.

Grace was very responsive and accommodating. Our daughter loved the loft area, and the other two bedrooms were perfect for the rest of our family. We loved the location and will definitely be returning (hopefully soon)!

Finding spaces at Sunriver for a couple with a dog at a reasonable price is not so easy, especially at New Year’s. Heather’s place more than met our expectations. It has so many nice touches, but the kitchen and layout of the condo really standout: elegant, functional, and very comfortable. We’d love to come back.
