The 75 inch smart TV and large living room offer ample seating for the entire family. The bedrooms are distant from each other and offer privacy and comfort for each guest. Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Enjoy our Euro inspired 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home with bonus room. Ideal S. Sunriver location on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Lodge, Village and River. We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.
