We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We had a great stay! The hot tub was warm and easy to use with amazing views! There is plenty of room to host a large family or two. Only a few minutes from the lifts at Peak 7 and 8 and just a few more to town. We will definitely return next season

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

Kate's listing was as-advertised and met all of my family's needs. Easy access, simple check-in and out, spacious, and well-appointed. There's a fabulous public playground (River Park) just 1.5 miles south on Highway 9. We appreciated the communications and grace with our request for a late check-out. A terrific listing and host!

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Great spot for a large family! There were lots of fun games in the basement including a pool table, ping-pong, board games and more. My family had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend the spot! The house was close to lots of great hiking and scenic views! The house was well furnished in the kitchen had everything we needed we highly recommend!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

This was a great little spot for us and our two fur babes. It was so close to downtown Breck, easy to go back and forth. Noreen was so kind, flexible and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact her when needed, otherwise we had privacy. Would stay here again!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! This is a perfect spot to come back home to after a fun day exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

Nice location near the I 70 ski resorts. Big enough for 2 people but probably not too much more.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

Great neighborhood , 3-4 blocks to Main Street. Parking, access is easy. Good view off the deck. Surrounding area is quiet. Condo is clean and straightforward. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

She has exceeded our expectations. She was easy to communicate with and everything that she says on her Airbnb is 100% true . there’s so many good things about this place . Good people bless good people !! We will be back

Such a great place. Right on the river, beautiful view, walkable - awesome. There were two of us, but the place was plenty large for four of my family. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool, keep the curtains shut in the morning, and use a fan to blow in cool air - perfect. We kept the windows and screen door open all the time and the temperature was great. Full size kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Easy walk to trails, restaurants, shopping, and bars. Plus there is parking! Will be back.

Beautiful location with responsive host. As shown in pictures and description. Space was ideal for our trip, the river in the back is peaceful, the fireplace cozy and the garage very helpful. Would recommend.
