Townhome vacation rentals in Summit County

One of the best vacations ever! The place was impecable, very nearby to Main Street. The best attraction for us was the hot tub with the greatest snowed mountains. Me and my family enjoyed being in the tub when it was snowing and looking at the mountains, it was magical! We had constant communication with Regina, truly responsive, fast and effective. We had minor inconveniences that she took care of immediately. Without any doubt I recommend this house for your vacations! We will definitely come back!

The Blue Sky Chalet is awesome. Wonderful warm surrounding and really well appointed. The chalet had everything we needed for our group. All the bathrooms and the kitchen were well supplied and all the appliances are in top condition and worked great. The TV/Music setup is top notch and the internet connection was solid and fast. The bus to Vail Village was super easy and convenient. We really loved staying here. It was so easy and comfortable, as well as beautiful in the falling snow. Thanks for sharing the place with us.

We had to book this house last minute due to unforeseen issues with another property. Scott was extremely helpful and responsive and the location near the BreckConnect Gondola was great!

Toni’s place was great! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, the Village area and downtown. The free shuttle stop is right outside if you want that. There is plenty of space to hang boots, gloves and ski gear, right above a heater, to dry. The kids helped themselves to the sleds when we arrived and played in the parking lot. For the first couple of days, we had 7 adults, 3 kids under 7 and a toddler. It was a little cozy with that size group but the space worked. Toni was very transparent about this at time of rental which we appreciated. After a couple of days, one couple left and it was plenty of room. The kids loved the Murphy beds. This place was a great value. The only constructive feedback I had was the mattress I slept on seemed a little tired but that is me being picky. The location, condition of the property, items in the units made this an incredible value and we would return if the host would have us. Would recommend.

This Airbnb was perfect for a family trip. We enjoyed the space with family dinners board games, movie nights and more. The hosts were really quick to respond on our first day getting settled in, which made the rest of the stay real nice and easy.

Theresa's place met our needs. The only thing I think we had a problem with. The sleeper sofas were uncomfortable to me, but the rest of the gang did not have a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s three bedroom, two bath condo. The space was exactly as pictured and described. Scott’s communication was proactive, regular, and very clear. My teenage son’s biggest wish for our trip to the area was to be able to go hiking by himself. We picked this place because of its close proximity to a popular hiking trail, and it did not disappoint!

This was a wonderful spot for a mountain getaway. The location is amazing, and we were able to walk to dinner, shopping, hiking, and more. The place was clean, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. They reached out daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d love to come back again soon!

Beautiful location. Comfy home. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna.

The townhome was very spacious and clean. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and breweries nearby. Cami was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our only feedback is that the bed in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable and should be updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for seeing what the Rocky mountains have to offer! Quick and easy access to multiple ski resorts! Hot tub is well worth it after a day on the slopes!! Beautiful little town that looks like it has a ton to offer in summer!

Leonard and Stephanie are fantastic hosts. Their place is a great value. Since it is nestled above Silverthorne, CO, there is tons to do like skiing, hiking or fishing!

I was very pleased with my stay at summit cove. Located just down the road from Keystone ski resort, it was very convenient getting back and forth. The space is gorgeous and great views come with it. The hosts were fantastic and very communicative. I would definitely consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay for a ski trip. David is very responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious and warm. The hosts thought of pretty much everything we needed, and the hot tub was a perfect treat on a snowy day! Thanks for making our friends' reunion an unforgettable experience!

Great place for our family. Location was ideal, we could walk to town to take advantage of shops and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Best rental we’ve stayed in. The furniture was super comfy and beautiful, rooms were great, area was quiet and beautiful. Best equipped kitchen and bathrooms of any place we’ve ever stayed. Love it and would go back in a heartbeat.

This place was fantastic for our reunion of friends. Plenty of space and privacy with the bedrooms spaced out, and each with its own bathroom. The common space center of the home is spacious and comfy, great place to hang out together. Well equipped kitchen. Place is close to town, very short drive, plus shuttle available as needed. Host very helpful, friendly, responsive. All great!

I can't imagine finding a better place to stay for our group of 10 which was skiing Keystone and Breck. The house configuration of beds and baths was perfect for multiple family units. Views are amazing! the kitchen was very well stocked allowing us to save money eating in. Overall a great find and nice value. Jesse was incredibly prompt and personable through the app. Will look here first for future trips to the area.

Excellent townhome. Every detail is thought out. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. The bathrooms have plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of little details made our stay very comfortable. Bill always responded quickly to questions and check-in/check-out was very easy.

Jennifer was everything a host should be and more. Her place was immaculate and as advertised. Very close to the slopes just a couple hundred feet to the keystone shuttle which was very easy to navigate

Really enjoyed our weekend at this condo. The layout was great for our group of 6 and parking was ultra convenient for loading and unloading ski gear. Location could not be better just a few blocks off main street. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nelson’s place. We came as a family of 8 and the size was perfect! The kids loved the games and the adults loved the thoughtful set up of all the right cooking essentials, plus every possible amenity and a walkable location! The townhome felt like a home away from home - we skied a ton and loved being able to park in the garage and relax together each evening. 5-stars!! Highly recommended for families, couples and anyone wanting a luxury get-away experience with top notch hosts!!

We fully enjoyed our stay here! We had 9 in our group, used every bedroom, bathroom and the loft. The beds were very comfortable. Note the loft is subject to the noise of the living room and kitchen. Bring a noisemaker if you are using it (we did, it worked well!) The entire house is well-stocked from bathrooms, to kitchen cabinets (spices, powders, you name it), to extra borrowed-goodies at the garage entrance if you forgot a hat, gloves, etc. They got you. And plenty of parking, could fit 4 cars if you had to (leaving room for adjacent resident to get out). Everyone enjoyed the hot tub at some point, lots of Insta photos for the kids. The fireplace emits heat. Huge dining room table that we used for family games. While I would have very minor recommendations, I can't think of one criticism and would absolutely book here again.
