Monthly Rentals in Summerseat

Really nice spacious, modern house that could accommodate 4 of us on separate double bedrooms (with you teenager in a bunk bed single). Better value than overpriced local "budget" hotels in north Manchester area

Stayed here for a second time, this time being a bit longer and once again I can only leave a glowing review. Brian was very communicative about any issues we had or any news regarding the property. As an example of this we had an issue with the dishwasher during our stay and he promptly responded and adressed the issue by replacing it with a new one at the quickest available time for both. The place itself was clean, situated next to lots of stores, grocery, food, take out, all just a few minutes of walk away. We also came with a car and Brian instructed where we could park for free and had no issues with that (it was about 5-10min walk). All in all, can recommend the place and the host, would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay with Sarah, the accommodation had everything that you could possibly need and was situated in the most beautiful spot. Thank you Sarah, for your hospitality, we hope to be back again soon!

Donna kept me updated but chat seemed automated. Did ask about parking abd this was answered timely. Flat was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Kitchen shared with another flat but there was nobody in the other flat so was lucky to have the top floor to self. If I was sharing it was colour coded to make clear fridge /freezer space etc. excellent location and good views.
