Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sullivan County

This place is beautiful!! We were greeted at check in (which we made last minutes plans) they were super nice. There was no detail left unthought of! The decor was perfect. They had everything we didn’t even think of makeup wipes, q tips, bottled water and popcorn for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there and we hope to again one day!

Our first time staying in a yurt, and it was wonderful. Gorgeous property on the lake. Our two dogs loved running around the spacious fenced-in yard. We used the kayaks and had a great experience!

I cannot say enough about this home. It is the cleanest home we have ever rented. There was not one detail forgotten in making this house our home for the week. We cooked every meal at the cabin, and it was so well stocked. The setting was beautiful. We loved sitting on the porches and watching the kids play. We created so many memories. Access to the lake was perfect for the kids to fish. They even caught a huge bass. Deer filled the yard multiple times a day. The home was spotless and every single thing you could need was provided! Details that are above and beyond any other home we have rented with a coffee and tea bar to an oatmeal bar for breakfast. Entertainment from balls in the garage for the kids, to flashlights, phone chargers, games, extra linens, plenty of awesome cookware, books to read, color by number, noise machines in each room, and so many extra thought out things! The decor is beautiful! Karen is a responsive host and makes you feel at home. This place is amazing!

Amy is super she goes out her way to make your stay very easy comfortable. It's great experience for folks that they are not familiar with a horse ranch. What an amazing view of a ranchers responsibilities and life style, for me it would be like winning the latto to have a ranch like this.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house in Piney Flats! The view from the house was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Jessica was a fantastic host—extremely responsive and always willing to help with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

It was just a friendly vibe from the beginning, when we got there there was feeling of “home” having butter in the fridge ? Ketchup, simple instructions in the house , it’s simple things that go a long long way! The view is gorgeous even when the water is low. Such a great stay!

This is an amazing place, beautiful peaceful was well worth the stay. We did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have like do to the Bristol race but she was exceptional in allowing us in before check in time to drop our things and get to race track which by the way is perfect if going to race track..which I shouldn’t say because we might not be able to get in next year.. goats are enjoyable along with the beautiful friendly cat and dogs. Hot tub so nice after the race. She is an amazing owner and furnishings are beautiful.

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.
