Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sullivan County

It another wonderful stay with super host Jennifer & Brian McDavid's stay. This is the second time we stay at one of their homes. It is always an amazing stay; we couldn't ask for better. Thank you!

great spot with a great view!

It was just a friendly vibe from the beginning, when we got there there was feeling of “home” having butter in the fridge ? Ketchup, simple instructions in the house , it’s simple things that go a long long way! The view is gorgeous even when the water is low. Such a great stay!

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.

One of the cleanest stays we've had--loved the cabin and setting. We went to retreat for a couple days, and it was a perfect place for that.

This was our 2nd stay at Bek's place, attending an athletic event at King University. Love the place, it's set up perfectly for relaxing, for cooking and spending time with friends. It is perfect for three couples, everyone has their own space and bathroom, but plenty of hangout space as well, including an awesome balcony with a great view. Tons of amenities inside, easy to get to downtown Bristol, this place is a gem.

Our stay at Shelly's treehouse was amazing. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The location of the waterfall so close to the treehouse was wonderful. We would sleep with our windows open to listen to it as we drifted off. It was beautiful. The treehouse was adorable and quite comfy. The bathroom was beautiful. Everything was so nicely decorated and every detail was thought out thoroughly. The second level with the hot tub and swings was perfect! We so enjoyed the hot tub, swings and the outside shower. We loved everything about our stay. We are thankful for such a great experience. I cannot wait to return.

We had such a great stay here. Deanna was so friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful and has instructions on how to work/use everything. I loved that she even had recommendations on what to do and restaurants. There were so many amenities in the home that were so helpful We recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

We recently spent 5 days at Peaceful Peak, and cannot recommend it enough! Jennifer and Travis are responsive and friendly, they truly want you to enjoy the home. The house is on top of a mountain, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I told my husband if we move to the area, I may just hire Jennifer as my interior decorator! Everything is top-notch and super clean with a beautiful view. The digital guide Jennifer provides is very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peaceful Peak, and know you will too!
