Monthly Rentals in Sugar Pine Reservoir

This is an awesome place! i travel with my mom (she's 82) gk visit family as much as we can, so we look for great airbnbs so we can cook for ourselves and enjoy low-key hang-time. This absolutely fit the bill. It's adorable with a little bridge to the wraparound deck. The kitchen has all things needful, and like I said, I cook all our meals (restaurants aren't as healthy). And a great coffee maker - super important. It's just got all the right stuff, in exact proportion to the space. Just perfect! It's only a couple minutes from hwy 80, but it's so quiet up in the trees. Loved our stay!!! 😊

My time with Susan was exactly what I needed. After leaving a stressful job that took a toll on my mental health, I needed to get away from the city. Being at the farm with my dog in tow was exactly what my soul needed. Thank you to Susan for the wonderful hospitality!

I have stayed at 6 different airbnbs in different areas of northern California and this was our favorite! The home was beautiful, welcoming and squeaky clean and we loved the split floor layout, it gave my mom her privacy upstairs and me and my boyfriend privacy downstairs. The outside surroundings are peaceful forest areas and my doggies loved talking walks down the street! The area is a paddleboarders dream place and the Dutch Flat Pool is the biggest and best I've ever seen! Make sure to donate to keep that awesome pool going! The hosts communication was fantastic and they were very sweet about me accidentally breaking the tub diverter spout 😬 This place was 10/10 would rent again and suggest to anyone! The only word to the wise: bring a good mosquito spray or essential oil rub! It is a forest near a lake so they are aplenty but not enough to stop you from getting this great place!

Lots of space. Comfortable furniture/beds. Great kitchen, stoves, dishwashers! They all work perfectly. Easy to do laundry too! Host is very nice, and easy to contact.
