Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, war alles perfekt vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Nadja war problemlos und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Dachgeschosswohnung und haben die Zeit in Graz sehr genossen!

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der neu modernisierten, hellen Wohnung. Der Dachbalkon, klein aber fein, war ein Highlight. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung war die beste, die wir bisher in Graz gemietet haben.

Die Unterkunft war groß, Sauber und schön eingerichtet , Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles gut geklappt, es gibt auch Video wie man zum Apartment und Tiefgarage findet das ist echt toll und hilfreich.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wir haben hier 6 wunderbar entspannte und schöne Tage verbracht und das Haus mit Garten in vollen Zügen genossen! Die private Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie die gemütliche Fensterbank von der aus wir gerne die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet haben. Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Rückzugsort mit toller Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

my wife wrote a lengthy review :) Our stay in this apartment was perfect. If I were to design an Airbnb apartment, I would make it just like this one. There are so many small details that make your stay more comfortable—things you might forget at home but are thoughtfully provided here. There’s also helpful information about nearby points of interest and emergency services. The apartment itself was in excellent condition—clean and well-maintained. The amazing bed with good pillows gave us a wonderful night’s sleep. The option to check in at any time without disturbing the hosts was a big help, especially since we were a bit delayed on the road. Access to the building was very convenient. We also appreciated the opportunity to sort and recycle waste, which we made use of. The apartment would be very comfortable for families with small children—there are plenty of child-friendly items, books, and toys.

The apartment is at a great location, the interior is high quality and Michael was very helpful during our stay. 100% recommended to everyone!

Just like the first time, work brought us back to this area, and as soon as we saw that Marcus's accommodation was available, there was no hesitation. The house offers plenty of bedrooms, wide space, and additional amenities. It truly has everything we needed. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben und mit wifi usw schnell weitergeholfen.

Super Kommunikation und tolle Wohnung

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Love the spacious flat. Beautifully decorated and just right for my wife and three daughters. We loved the space as a jump off point for adventures and really appreciated that there was enough room to chill, relax and feel at home too. Perfect location, big awesome TV (we watched a movie). The host is great, friendly and responsive.

Ich war zum ersten mal bei Martin und es hat absolut alles gepasst. Das Zimmer ist so wie auf den Fotos, klein aber für 1 Person absolut ausreichend. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Für mich das Schönste aber war der Garten. Die Pflanzen wachsen wild, es ist nicht feinsäuberlich aufgeräumt aber nach einem Stadtbummel super zum Entspannen und Erden. Ich komme von Herzen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft von Milena lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Hinterhoflage war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig. Man findet in der nahen Umgebung leicht einen Parkplatz, den man von 20:00 bis 9:00 kostenlos nutzen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind ja in Graz reichlich vorhanden. Milena ist sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für Information erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
