This place is a dream! Everything is decorated with a lot of love and taste – casual and with bohemian charm. Lisa was very easy to reach and communication was very easy. We really didn't miss anything, and we would love to come back sometime!

I spent New Year's Eve at Michael's place with my dog. The location is beautiful, the weather was great and the view a dream. If you want to disconnect from everyday life here, you are in the right place. Michael's father greeted me, showed me everything and handed over the key. Michael and his father are very friendly and warm people. The place is as described, beautiful and well-maintained. The balcony with great views was the highlight of looking for the view over the countryside of Gamlitz in the morning. At the bottom of the street there is a beautiful creek where I walked daily with my dog. The neighbors were friendly and the parking right in front of the property. If I want to vacation there again, I will book Michael's place again. 😊

Andreas is a very friendly host. The apartment was very clean and we felt comfortable. Unfortunately, we were only there one night because we visited a friend. If it happens again, we would like to come back.

The flat is perfect! Cozy, very quiet and with everything needed. I felt very comfortable I found the distance by car to the castle school in St. Georgen to be good. I'd love to come back.

Absolute wonderful, peaceful setting & stay. Claudia couldnt have been more kind & communicative. Her attentiveness to detail was only supassed by the details of her Home. Brilliantly tidy & every need sorted. Felt private, peaceful & warm. The area was coffee walkable & the surrounding propertys incredibly manicured. Jennersdorf a mere 5min drive for any food shopping needed. Highly recommend..!!

Everything perfect, as described

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. The view is simply breathtaking – easily the most beautiful we've seen in Leibnitz. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. What truly stood out was Ingrid's thoughtful preparation for our little one. She went above and beyond by providing a baby cot, soft blankets, a high chair, and even clean, lovingly washed toys for him to play with. This made our stay incredibly stress-free and enjoyable as a family. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We can't recommend this place enough ! Thank you, Ingrid, for making our stay so special. 🌟

Fantastic Apartment and great value. Large rooms, so was a great space to have 2 young kids. it feels like you are in the countryside, but not 1 km we had a supermarket and places to eat. I would definitely recommend if you are on a driving holiday through Austria 🇦🇹

We had a fantastic stay at "Kranach 5". Already when we entered the house we felt the attention to detail in the furnishings. There was everything your heart desires, from fine wines to high-quality toiletries. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the vineyards, which you could enjoy both from the house and from the beautifully landscaped terrace. The garden is also well maintained and invites you to linger. Barbara was always available during our stay and provided us with helpful information about check-in and further details in advance. It is clearly noticeable how much love and care she is in the care of her guests. For us, it is clear: This was not our last stay here! We give "Kranach 5" and Barbara the full number of points and are already looking forward to next time.

Great communication as well as problem solving (VERY quick responses). The house is very large and beautiful, with very great amenities such as Sauna, gym and games room (dart, rotating football). The outside area is also very nice. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool (winter). The house is in a very quiet environment, but you are very quickly in Obwerwart where you can shop in the EO, for example. We would definitely rent the house again👍🏻.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would do it immediately. We were so warmly welcomed in the cottage with little things like coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, sugar & tea. Everything was really thought of, which made our stay really great. Communication with the host was outstanding. Unfortunately, we had not packed an extension cable for our raclette on New Year's Eve - less than 5 minutes after the request, the host's mother, such a warm, nice woman, came and brought us 2 extension cables. She even shook our little one's hand with a New Year's greeting, which just shows cordiality. Our place was very clean and thoughtfully furnished. We will be happy to come back!

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, albeit a little older. Very, very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for a great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor who allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a small end to the day by the lake. The apartment has everything you need for a family vacation, even with a baby and toddler you can have a great time here. It is also great that two standup paddles and two bicycles are provided free of charge. We spent three nights with baby and (in-laws) parents and we all had a lovely time. The occasion was a wedding to which we were invited, but even without a wedding, the time would have paid off. Thank you! :)

Attila is a perfect host and his apartment is great, great, great!!! Very nice and super stylish right in the main square of Szombathely. For me an absolute recommendation!!!

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!
