Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Südburgenland

We spent a whole summer in this lovely apartment, and we had such a good time. Petra and Kurt were exceptionally generous and we appreciate it very much. We felt so at home that we were sad to leave. The house itself is clean, tidy and organized and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable, the shower is spacious and the water flow is perfect. Very close to the house there are beautiful walking/biking trails. Thank you so much, Kurt and Petra, for a wonderful summer.

The place was excellent! Especially when was sunny, because of huge windows, wow🤩 I loved the design of the place and that the apartment was on two levels, with a bathroom and toilet on each level with 2 big balcony’s 😀 Everything looked better than in the pictures, that's why I'm super delighted with this place, because it exceeded my expectations! Communication with the host was efficient and problem-free, and full discretion was maintained, which I really appreciate 😃 I recommend everyone who visit Graz! I Thank You Yuliya!

Very pleasant stay. Large and quiet apartment. Good restful sleeping. Kitchen equipped. You have all you need. Just a few steps from the very center of town. All services around. Easy to reach. Good app to lock the apartment door. Good Wi-Fi. Recommended!!

The apartment was top notch and just set up. It is located in a nice residential area with shopping and restaurants around the corner. The area is quiet and noise free, but Graz is just around the corner. It took us 10 minutes to get into Graz on foot or bike along a nice path. The apartment is decorated lovely and with everything you need. There is a small, private terrace and direct exit also from the living room. The bathroom is really nice. The bed was really good and we slept well through the night. Benjamin responded lightning fast and was very available and helpful. We had some really good days in beautiful Graz in the nice apartment that I can only recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment is very spacious and in a great location. Ameli is very friendly and kept in contact throughout our stay.

Very nice house with no direct neighbors close to the Semmering. Optimal for a few days enjoying the peace or hiking (were there in summer). We were 10 friends and that was no problem for the hosts either. So everything was explained to us well and the house checked again before our arrival. Also during check-in and check-out you were flexible. All around we were happy and it met our expectations :)

Our stay was magical. a beautiful old 4th generation family home, it felt like a privilege to be there. Listening to the stream and the birds in the morning from a very comfy bed. We loved the fact we could get onto hiking trails easily, and just a few minutes drive to town. Lovely responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, looks like a little palace, I can't imagine a better choice especially for this price. The host was amazing, fluently speaking English, polish, Czech and who knows how many languages more! Staying here felt like home thanks to host's service. And on top of that,there was a delightfull dog called Archibald - he just can't wait to give you all of his love!

Great accommodation – clean and comfortable The space was nice, clean, and very comfortable. We had a small issue getting into the apartment. Although we had agreed on an arrival time, we arrived late — which wasn’t a big problem. We were given instructions on where to find the key, but the information came in parts. We had to contact Attila three times to get the full details. In the end, everything worked out well, and we had a great stay!

So the place was very well maintained, in a quiet area and the host was mega friendly. I would immediately recommend it to anyone and am still fascinated by the value for money. We will definitely come back.

My stay in southern Styria was simply fantastic! The region is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing. Especially with my dog, it was a true paradise – lots of nature, wonderful walks and an atmosphere that invites you to breathe deeply. The views were breathtaking – rolling hills, vineyards and a tranquility that is rare to find. Our place was also a highlight: very cozy and welcoming. We felt incredibly comfortable right from the start. A special thank you to Elisabeth, the hostess. She was incredibly kind and helpful and was always there for me when needed. I can recommend southern Styria to anyone looking for a break in a beautiful area, whether with a dog or without. We will definitely be back!
