This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

The apartment is very nice. Everything you need is there. You can have a nice breakfast on the small balcony or have a drink comfortably in the evening. The parking space in the underground parking lot is very convenient, because you don't need a car in Graz. You can walk to the city in about 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the tram, you can reach the stop in 5 minutes. The communication with Dieter and Simone was absolutely straightforward. Through the key safe and the exact explanations, we were able to get to the apartment flexibly. We found it very friendly that there was a bottle of wine ready to welcome you. Also, thanks for the restaurant tips!

Great location—really, direct on the tram line and easy to get around the city. Amenities were a little “bare bones”, but the apartment was clean and in good condition, so for the price and the host friendliness/response times, all in all, it was a great experience and definitely a place I will recommend to my friends.

Assalam Alaykum As if I had left my heart in El Tendorf and returned to Saudi Arabia ! : Incidentally, I found this place in Airbp.. and the first time I (lived) through the program And the first time I went to the lower Austria (south of Vienna) .. I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

A beautiful modern apartment, with a nice kitchen, one detail- I personally missed espresso cup, there were only big tea cups. You have everything you need and you can enjoy being outside on the big terrace. Also a very comfortable bed, but pillows werw uncomfortalble. I definitely recommend the apartment.

We had great time. Everything was perfect and well arranged. Definitely recommend and we will repeat the visit again.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

A really nice and nice cottage with a lot of love for detail. You immediately feel at home and would like to extend the stay. It was very clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. We took our own coffee maker with us, so everything was complete. The view and surroundings are very nice, rural and quiet. We'll be back 🥰

We had an unforgettable time with our family in this wonderful house! The house is great and very cozy – you immediately feel comfortable and don't want to leave. Next to the house live two ponies and many chickens – especially for the children this was a real highlight and gave the stay a fairytale atmosphere. A real treat for the whole family! We can definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

We were warmly welcomed and were even allowed to taste fruit and vegetables fresh from the garden. A very nice little house, we felt very comfortable and will certainly recommend the place

The house is really very nice, we immediately felt really comfortable. Very cozily furnished, cozy bedding, everything in the kitchen - even a few coffee capsules. And then wake up with birdsong, have breakfast on the great terrace, just relax... it was a fantastic WE for us and our dog, thank you Martha !

The owner was very accommodating, the place was easy to find, close to the main road and fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine and a stove, so longer stays would be easy. There was a caffe and a small restaurant on the corner 3 minutes away.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!
