Monthly Rentals in Subiaco

Loved the stay at Adele's detached cottage behind the main house. It is a perfect respite if one wants to get away from it all and enjoy the beautiful countryside of the Arkansas River Valley. Every view on the property was pristine, and I can't say enough great things about how nice the inside of the cottage is. Perfect location near Subiaco, Paris, and Scranton, AR. 10/10 will hopefully be able to stay in the future when in the area again.

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place. We particularly loved the backyard. It was a lot of room for our boys to run and we loved sitting out there in the breeze and relaxing. We had a couple of technical difficulties that Jeremy answered for us right away and we really appreciate that. Thank you, Jeremy!

Kevin's Holiday House was absolutely beautiful! Pictures don't really do the beauty justice. Really WOW! The house was extremely clean. ALL the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils you should ever need! Everything worked well, brand new. The new, high end mattresses in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Many added touches. Art & decor very cool. The deck was spacious and comfortable for all of us to get together to visit and relax. Our group of 5 (older adults) stayed in Subiaco as it was close to the three locations we wanted to visit: Petit Jean State Park, Mount Magazine, and Ozark Ridge Side-by-Side Rentals at Ozone. We went UTV riding one of our 2 days there. We ate in El Parian one evening - it was delicious! I have stayed in many airbnb and vrbo rentals, and I can say this was one of the best. Kevin truly goes above and beyond the norm. Would love to stay again. Thank you Kevin!
