David & Jacqui are incredibly lovely hosts. You can tell at all times that your well-being is very important to them. From your arrival to your departure. Wonderful people who become friends. The accommodation is beautiful. Of course, the view deserves special mention. The sea and the mountains are at your feet. A place where you can completely relax. WiFI is up to date, works perfectly and there are some books and TV. The spa area is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. You can walk to Comares, where there are shops and restaurants. A beautiful place for which holidaymakers come from far and wide. You get to know the world anew while you relax under almond and olive trees. Your dogs are an added bonus to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area is very nice. They pay attention to detail to make you feel at home. The barbecue&wine is ready and there is plenty of space to relax. Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Mostly because of the views, birds, ibex and pine Martin. Spent hours sat watching sun rise / sun sets! The house had everything we could need! Would definitely come back for the peace, and views!

The house is perfect for a rural getaway, with everything you need and all the amenities. Fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and large porch. Very comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Super flexible with check-in and check-out times. Very friendly at all times and answering all questions.

A good house also for a longer stay. From the village you can reach Cordoba in 20 minutes; Seville, Granada, etc. are about the same distance (just under 2 hours). The house is cozy, especially for a larger group, several lounges. The pool was cleaned and refilled daily and Enrique was very kind and ready for individual requests more towels, delayed departure).

This house and the entire area is absoluty beautyful. A wonderful place to be and to relax. we loved the pool and the Jacuzzi (inside and outside) the house is really beautyful and has everything you need to have a good time, there. However, you should definitely have a vehicle, otherwise it is a very long journey and the heat could cause problems. The car can be parked in a parking space with lots of shade. We had a great time there and it will not the last time there, because it's so nice. hopefully we will come back soon, to this wonderful place. if you would like to relax in a privat and silent atmosphere, this is the place to be. simlpy magnificant Everything you need, you will get there and for anything else you can go over to Alora, there are stores and restaurants, if you don't want to cook by yourself. 👍👍👍 and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a really nice time in. Casa Holly. The surroundings are beautiful. You have a lot of privacy and the house is very well equipped. Nice cat visits come by, who are happy about something to eat. The path to the house is a little adventurous, but easy to manage. Overall it was a super nice time and Cheryl was a very nice, accommodating hostess. Happily again!

Under short trip was super nice, we could use the tennis court as well as the swimming pool super and had a lot of fun!

A peaceful oasis to unwind between 2 visits in the flow of tourists and for those who like to get off the beaten track recommended by tourist guides. Great place for hiking, walking or horseback riding, but also great cycling spot.

We had a long stay 6 weeks in feb/march 25. our dog was with us for half of the stay. The house is as described, we had quite unusually wet weather for half of our stay but the climate control in the house worked really well so we could be warm in the cool evenings. The house is very cute and spacious and the roof terrace was amazing on the sunny days. Pia told us about some of the lovely walking routes and we enjoyed many of them. There is an easy walk to Competa ( once you get to the top of the village- which is pretty steep) it is fairly flat with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. I would recommend Maro beach, it has parking ( in winter) and a small beach bar, lovely clear water where you can hire a Kayak 22 euro for 1 hour where you can see a fab waterfall that is only visible from the sea. Adrian's bar in Competa, great for cocktails, very chic. Pia was very responsive as was Chris who lived close by for any issues. A real home from home feel. we had a great time.

Comfortable house in a beautiful spot very private and spotlessly clean. Good base for exploring and walking. Was the wrong time of year for us to use the pool but the grounds and outside space were really nice too. Only thing would be to have information in the house about how everything worked, what there was to do in the area where to put the rubbish, house rules etc. Overall a great stay.

everything was very comfortable, corresponded to the description, everything in order, the host was very kind and always attentive to everything and always in communication. the house is very comfortable and you have some intimacy considering the surrounding neighbors. the village is very quiet, it allows you to be quiet throughout your stay in the house.

Wonderful Stay at the Villa – Perfect for a Large Family! We had a great stay at the villa – it had everything a large family could need. The ping pong table and various games were a fantastic addition, keeping everyone entertained. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. We paid extra to have it heated, and it was well worth it, especially in May – it allowed us to enjoy a swim at any time of day. While the villa wasn’t the easiest to find at first, the provided directions were clear and helpful. Once there, we discovered how close and beautiful everything was – just a 7-minute drive to some stunning spots. The views from the villa are amazing, and the drive to the beach was very manageable. We had a fantastic time exploring the area, and the week went by far too quickly. The peaceful surroundings offered the perfect setting to relax and recharge. We truly enjoyed both the villa and the overall experience – highly recommended!

The house was great - very spacious for four of us. The location is about 10 min from the end of the Caminito del Rey - we parked in El Chorro and appreciated not getting back on a shuttle bus to get to our car. The views are amazing and 360 around the house. It was hot weather while er were there but the AC works great, and plenty of shade by the pool. Groceries are not close by so stock up before you arrive! Juan was a great host!

Excellent village house with everything you need to spend a few quiet days and family. The garden area and pool are the best. Unbeatable attention upon arrival and very good communication with the manager of the house. Village and quiet area. No parking problem at the foot of the house although the street is on a slope and is very narrow. If you want to move a little you have villages around to visit. And 1h and Poco te Plás en Córdoba, Granada, Málaga or Jaén. It's definitely a place and a stay I would recommend.

Robin's accommodation was very peaceful. It was perfect for a stay in Andalusia. Robin was very welcoming and friendly!

My family and I have been to many rural homes to date but without a doubt Antonio's house has been one of the best so far. It is not missing details, it has everything you need to make you feel at home, the cleanliness is exceptional and the location is unbeatable to disconnect, enjoy the house and visit surrounding areas such as Priego de Cordoba, Carcabuey, etc. that are 100% worth it. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, possibility of shade parking for several cars, cancellation of automatic closure, extra firewood, dream pool, IT HAS EVERYTHING! Thank you António for having the house as it is, it's definitely a place to come to more times.

Wonderful but too short stay in this lovely house, carefully prepared by David with the help of his mom Aurora. In the middle of nature, quiet, surrounded by olive trees and flowers: perfect for recharging your batteries! We were with our 3 small children who also enjoyed it very much.

This is a beautiful old former flour mill that has been lovingly converted into a fantastic holiday home. We spent almost all of our time by the pool, which is absolutely wonderful. We did all our cooking/eating in the separate kitchen area that is next to the pool. The interior of the house is great too, it has good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and two nice bathrooms. There are sofas to relax on, a number of flat-screen TVs, and good wi-fi throughout. The house and pool are completely private, and although being next to a small road, there was almost no traffic. It is too far to walk to the village, but only a few mins drive by car. The owners, Pino and Pedro, are lovely - very friendly and welcoming. They explained all about the interesting history of the property. It was very hot at night in Aug, so we had to buy some fans for the bedrooms from a nearby village. The fans also blocked out the sound of distant dog barking, which is of course common to rural areas of Spain.

We spent a weekend and the stay was wonderful. The unbeatable environment, the fantastic service from Inma and Javier and the very comfortable apartment, with everything we needed and even with the fridge full of food for us!!

Jesus' house is a pretty house full of history, very nice and very well maintained. We had a wonderful peaceful and secluded stay in the middle of the olive groves. Please note that it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around or run errands. Our stay went wonderfully and Jesus was very available and helpful. Only small downside, the pool was not usable because it was closed for winter. It will be best to inquire with the host to make sure the pool is usable. But there are many options for swimming in the area. I recommend this house for a disconnection stay in Andalusia.

The house was very complete and had a great view. We loved our stay!
